The device further executes the performance monitoring test, collects results of the execution of the performance monitoring test, analyzes the collected results of the performance monitoring test, determines whether intervention related to network topology and configuration is possible, and accepts or rejects the registration request based on the analysis of the collected results of the performance monitoring test.
