The first network device receives, from a second network device, an indication that the user has successfully subscribed to the selected one of the multiple subscription data campaigns, where the second network device hosts media content associated with the selected one of the multiple subscription data campaigns, generates an authorization token that includes an identifier of the user, an identifier of the selected one of the multiple subscription data campaigns, and the free data usage quota, and sends the authorization token to the second network device.
