摘要： An apparatus for identifying a type of motion and condition of a user is disclosed. One apparatus includes a motion detection sensor operative to generate an acceleration signature based on sensed acceleration of the user, and a controller. The controller is operative to determine what network connections are available to the motion detection device, match the acceleration signature with at least one of a plurality of stored acceleration signatures, wherein each stored acceleration signatures corresponds with a type of motion of the user, wherein the apparatus distributes at least some of the acceleration signature matching processing when processing capability is available to the motion detection device though available network connections, and identify the type of motion of the user and identify a condition of the user based on the matching of the acceleration signature.

摘要： A method of identifying a type of motion of an animate or inanimate object is disclosed. The method includes generating an acceleration signature based on the sensed acceleration of the object. The acceleration signature is matched with at least one of a plurality of stored acceleration signatures, wherein each stored acceleration signatures corresponds with type of motion. The type of motion of the object is identified based on the statistical matching or exact matching of the acceleration signature.

One method includes sensing motion of a first portion of the user, sensing motion of a second portion of the user, and generating a summed signal by inversely summing the sensed motion of the first portion of the user with the sensed motion of the second portion of the user. A breathing rate of the user is estimated based on the summed signal. Additionally, a breathing pattern of the user can be identified.

摘要： Methods, systems and apparatus for golf swing analysis are disclosed. One golf swing analysis system includes a motion sensing device attached to a golf club, the motion sensing device comprising a controller and one or more motion sensors. The golf swing analysis system further includes a remote processor, wherein a wireless link electronically connects the remote processor and the controller of the motion sensing device. Further, at least one of the controller and the remote processor are operative to access sensor data generated based on sensed signals of the one or more motion sensors, and perform pattern recognition analysis on the sensor data, comprising identifying and analyzing at least a portion of a golf swing based on the sensed data.
