摘要： A general digital semantic database for mechanical language translation is provided. The database has vocabulary decomposed to part of speech characteristics and semantic characteristics to form inseparable basic semantic points. The vocabulary is regularly ordered according to classes of the semantic characteristic, part of speech characteristic, background and grammatical relation. Two or more languages are configured on the basic semantic points according to a synonymies relation. The languages are discretionarily interchanged based on the basic semantic points by a machine. The languages semantemes and syntax relation formula are configured in the semantic database to realize an automatic paginal translation.
