摘要： A piezoelectric motor includes a piezoelectric element having a piezoelectric layer, and a first and a second electrodes, the first electrode provided on one surface side of the piezoelectric layer, and the second electrode provided on the other surface side of the piezoelectric layer; a piezoelectric actuator having a vibrating member anchored to the first electrode of the piezoelectric element; and a rotational shaft with which the vibrating member makes contact and is rotated thereby. The piezoelectric layer includes a vertical vibration excitation region, provided toward the center of the piezoelectric layer in the widthwise direction, that elicits vertical vibrations, and two groups of bending vibration excitation regions, one group disposed on either side of the vertical vibration excitation region so that two opposing diagonal pairs are formed; and the polarization direction of the vertical vibration excitation region and one of the groups of the bending vibration excitation regions in the piezoelectric layer is inverted relative to the other group of the bending vibration excitation regions.

In this construction, when the vibrating plate 10 vibrates in the horizontal direction in the figure by an applied voltage from a driving circuit (not shown), the rotor 100 is rotated in a clockwise direction in accordance with the displacement of the projection 36 due to the vibration.

摘要： A piezoelectric motor includes: a piezoelectric actuator; and a driven portion. The piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric element and a vibration member. The piezoelectric element has a piezoelectric layer and a first and a second electrode provided on both surfaces of the piezoelectric layer, respectively, and the vibration member is fixed on the first electrode side of the piezoelectric element. The driven portion which is rotated by the protrusion portion of the vibration member vibrated by the piezoelectric element, while the driven portion being abutted thereon. In the piezoelectric motor, a plurality of grooves which are open at a tip end surface of the protrusion portion and penetrate in a thickness direction are provided on a plurality of points of the protrusion portion along a rotation direction of a rotation shaft of the driven portion.

A wireless communication apparatus (100) comprises a transmitted packet interference error detecting circuit (120) composed of an ED value detecting circuit (105) for measuring the ED value prior to packet transmission, an Ack error detecting circuit (106) for detecting an Ack error in the transmitted packet, and a transmitted packet interference error determining circuit (107). When the Ack error is detected in a packet transmitted on condition that the measured ED value exceeds the threshold value of interference determination, the apparatus (100) determines it to be an interference error.
