    • Provided is a coating device and a method capable of coating a conductor of a plurality of electrical wires with coating material with simple configuration and of coating without exposing the conductor. A nozzle and a coating area of a terminal-equipped electrical wire are applied to voltage by a voltage applying unit such as to be electrified with polarity different from each other, and jetting jet liquid forms jet liquid over the whole coating area, forms the coating layer with anticorrosion material on a surface of the terminal-equipped electrical wire, and coats the coating area including a conductor with anticorrosion material without being exposed. Furthermore, it is possible to allow the nozzle jet the jet liquid and to move the nozzle in an arranging direction of the terminal-equipped electrical wire, and also to coat the coating area of the terminal-equipped electrical wire with anticorrosion material.

    • Provided is a waterproof connector capable of reducing water-stopping warranty portions. A waterproof connector is configured to include an outer housing, an inner housing, a terminal-equipped with electrical wire, and a packing mat seal. In a bottom wall of the outer housing, a locking projection on the left side and a locking projection on the right side served as engagement part with respect to the inner housing are integrally formed. Further, in the bottom wall in the outer housing, the packing mat seal is integrally molded so as to adhere to circumferential surfaces of proximal end sides in the locking projection on the right side and the locking projection on the left side. An integral molding of the packing mat seal provides a watertight property between a packing mat seal and the circumferential surfaces of the proximal end sides in the locking projection and the locking projection.

    • A terminal with a wire having a high sealing property, a manufacturing method thereof, and a wire harness are provided. The terminal with the wire includes an aluminum wire and a crimp terminal. A resin covering member is removed from the aluminum wire to form a conductor exposed portion (a wire forming process). The crimp terminal is connected to the conductor exposed portion to form a wire-terminal connection portion (a wire-terminal connection process). Then, an anticorrosion portion is formed such that a voltage is applied between the crimp terminal and a metal nozzle and an electrified anticorrosion material is supplied from the metal nozzle to the wire-terminal connection portion in a state of being attracted (an anticorrosion material supply process). Further, the anticorrosion portion is formed by irradiating the anticorrosion material with an ultraviolet ray to be UV-cured (an anticorrosion material curing process).

    • A connector having a housing is disclosed. The housing of the connector includes a receiving chamber group having four terminal receiving chambers in which a terminal is inserted, and a lance body surrounded by the four terminal receiving chambers.
