摘要： An improved light emitting diode (LED) road sign plate includes a plate seat, fixed mount, light guide plate, LED lights and graphical text shield. The fixed mount is provided with grooved rail. Several LED lights are embedded into the holding tank, and the light guide plate adhered with graphical text shield is incorporated into the grooved rail. The LED light source emits rays towards the center, and the opening is sealed by the adhesive tape. After being energized, a few LED lights emit light sources for the central graphical road signs, then the light guide plate makes its uniform rays penetrate the graphical text shield for outwards irradiation and clear visualization of the graphical road signs, thus saving the electricity and extending the service life with better assembly.

摘要： An LED waterproof diffuser has an LED substrate housing, a diffusing portion and an embedded locating portion. The housing is of a 3D holding space formed by an end wall and a periphery. An LED inlet is formed at the other end of the periphery. The hollow diffusing portion is protruded from the center of the end wall of the LED substrate housing in a reducing pattern. The embedded locating portion is formed externally onto the diffusing portion, and can also be embedded securely into the hole of an existing shell plate. The diffuser allows one to assemble a single or several LED units, thus reducing the manufacturing cost and realizing excellent waterproofing effects, while enabling partial replacement or maintenance of LED elements. Moreover, since the outer diameter of the diffusing portion is smaller than that of the LED substrate housing, a smaller hole area for assembly can be obtained.

摘要： The present invention provides a light emitting diode (LED) marking panel, including a substrate, which forms a marking surface; a protruding flange, which is protruded on the periphery of the marking surface of the substrate; and a recessed space is formed internally onto the protruding flange. Multiple LED units are arranged at intervals on the marking surface of the substrate and electrically connected via conductor wire. A transparent waterproof layer is formed by a transparent waterproof agent that is filled into the recessed space of the protruding flange. A chromogenic layer, attached onto the transparent waterproof layer, is defined with preset shape and color, such that the light emitted from LED units can pass through it. The LED units and conductor wire feature excellent waterproofing with the covering of the transparent waterproof layer, and the LED marking panel can be used more robustly and durably with much longer service life.

摘要： An outdoor rain fog detector switch gear has a hollow housing with roof and wall; an assembly locating portion to assemble and locate the rain fog detector switch gear onto the object; a retaining space; a punch hole to connect the retaining space with ambient environment; a circuit board connected with a power supply line that protrudes out of the housing to connect electrically with the control circuit of the intended electrical device. The circuit board is also connected with a signal line to output a switching control signal or digital detection signal. A moisture probe senses and detects the moisture in ambient environment. The circuit board permits to turn on/off its automatic switching control function depending on the sensing state of the moisture probe.
