摘要： A system for determining a solubility of a substance comprises a holder to hold a sample comprising an amount of the substance and an amount of the solvent system. The system further comprises a temperature conditioner to alter a temperature of the sample, an optical measurement device to measure an optical parameter of the sample and a control device to control at least the temperature conditioner and the optical measurement device. The control device may be programmed to alter the temperature of the sample by the temperature conditioner, measure the optical parameter of the sample by the optical measurement device, and determine the solubility of the substance from a change of the optical parameter of the sample as a function of the temperature.

摘要： The system comprises a tubular vessel allowing a flow of fluid through said vessel and an assembly for housing said vessel. The assembly comprises a base block having a first channel formed therein for removably housing the vessel, said first channel having first and second channel openings allowing introduction and/or discharge of a fluid into and from said first channel. The assembly also comprises a cover element having a bottom surface being releasably attachable to the first face of the base block. A first sealing element is provided between the first face of the base block and the bottom surface of the cover element, the first sealing element surrounding the first channel opening completely, and thereby sealing gastight around said first channel opening between the cover element and the base block. The system further comprises a second sealing element located in the first channel, said second sealing element sealing gastight against the inside of the first channel and the outside of the vessel.

摘要： A reactor assembly for analysing the effluent stream from at least one flow-through reactor, The reactor includes a flow-through reactor for performing at least one chemical reaction. The flow-through reactor includes a reaction chamber including a reaction zone, the reaction chamber being connected to a reactor inlet for a reactant, upstream of the reaction zone and a reactor outlet for the effluent stream from the reaction zone, downstream of the reaction zone; and an analyser for subjecting the effluent stream to an analysing procedure, each reactor outlet being connected to an analyser by an effluent conduit. The reactor assembly further includes a dilution fluid supply member for adding a dilution fluid to the effluent stream, downstream of the reaction zone.

摘要： The present invention pertains to a method for obtaining and analyzing solids, preferably crystals, which method comprises the following steps: providing a well plate, the well plate comprising a plurality of wells, each of the wells having a depth and an open upper end and each of the wells being provided with a filter having pores, which filter is arranged at a distance below the open upper end, each of the wells having an upper inner wall part above the filter that has a fluid contact surface and each filter having a top filter surface, at least both the fluid contact surface of the well and the top filter surface being of a material that is at least substantially inert for organic and/or aqueous solvents and/or mixtures of organic and aqueous solvents, providing one or more substances and one or more solvents in at least one of the wells of the well plate, applying conditions to dissolve the one or more substances in the one or more solvents; applying conditions for crystallizing at least a part of the substance so that solids are formed in the at least one well, substantially removing the part of the substance that remains in solution, thereby leaving the solids, preferably crystals, that were formed from the substance in the well of the well plate in which they were formed, performing further investigation of the solids, preferably crystals in the well of the well plate where they were formed.

摘要： A fluid pressure regulator is provided having a housing with an inlet and outlet for fluid, a valve located movably inside the housing and provided with a fluid transport member to allow passage of fluid from the inlet to the outlet. The regulator also has a pressure setting member and a space defined by one end of the valve and an end wall of the housing. The valve is moveable relative to the housing in response to a change in pressure within the space between a first position which at least partially aligns the fluid transport member with each of the inlet and the outlet and a second position in which there is no alignment of the fluid transport member with at least one of the inlet and the outlet. A passage is provided in open communication with the space and one of the inlet, the outlet, and the transport member. Methods of using the pressure regulator are also provided.
