摘要： The present invention relates to a device and a method for the stoichiometric analysis of samples.In order to study the spatial distribution of different proteins in the plasma membrane of a complete cell within a short time frame, a device and a method are proposed for the stoichiometric analysis of samples.The object is established by means of a device for the stoichiometric analysis of samples, said device comprising a) a sample processing device comprising a sample holder for holding the sample, means for setting the temperature, means for adding and removing fluids (including gases) and at least one fluid reservoir, b) an electron microscope with a detector, and c) a computer-controlled process control system for controlling the means for setting the temperature and the means for adding and removing fluids (including gases), a computer-controlled and automated imaging device that captures images by means of the electron microscope, a unit that stores the captured images and an image analysis unit controlled by the computer.

摘要： The sample cooling apparatus is used in an X-ray diffractometer for rotating a sample supported by a sample rod about an ω axis, directing X-rays thereto, and detecting X-rays deflected from the sample using an X-ray detector. The apparatus has a nozzle for blowing a cooling gas on the sample; and a gas-suctioning device for suctioning, via an aperture, gas that has passed over the sample. The sample rod moves when rotated about the ω axis forming a conical surface having the sample as a vertex. The nozzle is provided so that the extension direction of the sample rod and the direction of the blown gas form an acute angle of 90° or less. The gas-suctioning device suctions the gas so the path of gas having contacted the sample rod bends when the extension direction of the sample rod and the blown direction of the gas form an acute angle.

摘要： In a sample cell that is sealed with an X-ray transmission sheet after a sample such as a liquid fuel or the like is contained therein, when an internal pressure is increased, a cup end surface is deformed so as to increase an internal capacity of the sample cell before the X-ray transmission sheet serving as a window part is expanded. The cup end surface is formed by folding a film-like material and, when the internal pressure of the sample cell is increased, the cup end surface is unfolded outwardly of the sample cell to increase the internal capacity of the sample cell. The increase in pressure is relieved by the increase in capacity, and the expansion of the X-ray transmission sheet is thereby prevented.

摘要： The subject of the present invention is a device for the in situ analysis of batteries by means of X-ray, synchrotron or another radiation. The device has a sample support, which is realized as a sample wheel rotatably mounted about the center axis. A plurality of sample holders, the center points of which are placed on a common circular line about the center point of the sample support, are arranged on the sample support, wherein each sample holder can be repeatedly opened and closed individually by an arrestable cover. Each sample holder has in its interior a cavity which receives the battery, which is to be examined, in a manner ideal in shape with regard to circumference, wherein the cover and the cavity have an opening for the passage of the beam. A spring, engaging in the edge region of the battery, presses the battery against the cover, wherein the spring and the edge region of the cover are embodied so as to be electrically conducting but insulated with respect to one another. There are directed from each sample holder an electrically conductive connection from the edge region of the cover, and an electrically conductive connection from the spring onto the face of the sample support facing away from the cover and into the vicinity of its center point. There, the lines of all sample holders are combined to form a line bundle or a plug connector.

摘要： A sample holding device for studying light-driven reactions and a sample analysis method using the same are disclosed. The sample holding device comprises a main body, a supporting structure and a light source assembly. The main body has a channel which has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, and a focusing lens which is located on the second end. The supporting structure is located on one end of the main body for sample supporting. The light source assembly is detachably disposed on the other end opposite to the end which is disposed with the supporting structure. The light source assembly emits a light beam into the first end of the channel. The light beam then irradiates the sample which locates on the supporting structure after passing through the focusing lens.
