摘要： Several methods and systems to generate a playlist based on a frequency ratio are disclosed. In one aspect a method includes, presenting a list of a seed data to a user of a music device, selecting a portion of the seed data based on a preference of a user, and determining an identity of a primary song based on a match between the primary song and the preference of the user. The method also includes providing the user streaming access to the primary song in a database and determining a secondary song based on the primary song. A correlation between the secondary song and the primary song is determined based on an algorithm and the user is provided streaming access to the secondary song. A frequency ratio of the primary song and the secondary song is automatically adjusted in responsive to a selection through a selection tool.

摘要： A unique system for providing wireless messaging to a user within an earring type device is described. The earring type device (any type of ear jewelry—pierced, clip-on, cuff, etc.) includes an embedded wireless Audio Clip Player, a Bluetooth transceiver, a speaker, battery with wired or wireless charging, memory to hold configuration or audio files, and switches (mechanical, capacitive touch, etc.) for control. The utility of these electronics embedded in the earring is so to periodically (predetermined timing) play short audio clip messages to the user's ear with the ambient noise, as if someone were whispering in their ear. The system includes a smartphone application that manages timing and transmits audio clips for personal messaging as well as creates a platform for social media and repository of audio clips from a community of users.

The systems and methods receive an indication from the user of a song to add to the playlist and adds the song to the playlist. In aspects, the systems and methods analyze the playlist to determine whether an attribute of the playlist meets a specified parameter. In some cases, the specified parameter can be met if a musical attribute of the song is similar to a music profile of one of the users, or if an amount of songs on the playlist meets or exceeds a specified threshold. The systems and methods can enable the user to distribute the playlist either publicly or to a specified set of users if the specified parameter of the playlist is met.
