摘要： Improved contact devices and methods for producing contact devices and using such contact devices to produce electronic devices are disclosed. A contact device having a plurality of nominally coplanar first contact elements makes electrical contact with corresponding nominally coplanar second contact elements of an electronic device such an integrated circuit or liquid crystal or other display when the contact device and the electronic device are positioned so that the plane of the first contact elements is substantially parallel to the plane of the second contact elements and relative displacement of the devices is effected in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane of the first contact elements and the plane of the second contact elements. The contact device preferably consists of a stiff substrate having a major portion with fingers projecting therefrom in cantilever fashion, each finger having a proximal end at which it is connected to the major portion of the substrate and an opposite distal end and there being one or two contact elements on the distal end of each finger.

摘要： A slurry for forming an insulating layer of the present invention includes heat-resistant insulating fine particles, a thickening agent, and a dispersion medium. The insulating fine particles are dispersed in the dispersion medium. The slurry for forming an insulating layer has a viscosity of 5 to 500 mPa·s. The proportion of particles with a particle size of 1 μm or less in the insulating fine particles is 30 vol % or more and the proportion of particles with a particles size of 3 μm or more in the insulating fine particles is 10 vol % or less. An electrochemical device of the present invention includes a separator for an electrochemical device of the present invention that is produced using the slurry for forming an electrochemical device of the present invention.

摘要： A method for manufacturing an electronic device is disclosed. A design description of the electronic device is generated using one or more computer aided design tools. Physical device data are generated that represent a physical description of the electronic device, which includes data determining connection points for connecting the electronic device to one or more external circuits. A physical embodiment of the electronic device is produced in accordance with the physical device data. Physical test member data is determined that represents conductors and contact points of a test member for testing the electronic device. The test member is produced in accordance with the test member data. The electronic device is tested with the test member.
