    • A method of suggesting meetings between users is provided. A server receives from a plurality of user devices, data indicating geographic location on future dates of a plurality of users, calendar information of the plurality of users and interests of the plurality of users. The data is analyzed to determine whether data for at least two users match. If it is determined that data matches for at least two users, an appointment offer is sent for a meeting during a period of time when the at least two users are available. Acceptance or rejection of the appointment offer is received from each of the at least two users. If the at least two users accept the appointment offer, a meeting invitation is sent to each of the at least two users in order to insert the meeting into a calendar application for the at least two users.

    • A contact routing and scheduling system is provided allowing users to define various contact routing and scheduling contexts to direct a contact to a calendar of appointment availability representing the availability of a set of representatives pre-qualified to have times available for an appropriate appointment and to book an appointment as an integral part of the contact routing function. The system utilizes multiple visual user interfaces to allow users, contacts, and administrators to interact with the contact routing and appointment scheduling system. The system allows for user selection of contact routing and scheduling rules, association of scheduling activities to the contact routing process, and association of representatives who will ultimately accept appointments with contacts. The system also utilizes various techniques to associate contacts with particular contact routing and scheduling contexts received by the contact through email and/or other correspondence means.

    • A system and method are provided that transforms the typical voicemail interaction into one in which the client does not feel that their voice messages could be easily ignored. Instead of being prompted in the traditional manner to simply leave a message, the client is asked to choose from a list of available times, each representing a potential time for the service provider to call the client back. The system is aware of both the service provider's calendar appointments and the times that they have made available for client appointments. Once the client chooses a time slot, the service provider's calendar will be updated with the new appointment details. When that time arrives, the provider's calendar system will alert them of their impending appointment and they will be reminded to telephone back their client at the scheduled time.
