A space communicating with the through slot is bounded by the top wall, the bottom wall, and the first and second sidewalls. The space has an inlet wider than the through slot. The outlet member is perpendicularly connected to the main body and defines an outlet communicating with the through slot.

The disclosure also provides an LED with roughened lateral surfaces. A roughness of the roughened lateral surfaces is measurable in micrometers.
