摘要： Data including current locations of candidate clouds to be seeded is obtained; based on same, a vehicle is caused to move proximate at least one of the candidate clouds to be seeded. Weather and cloud system data are obtained from a sensor suite associated with the vehicle, while the vehicle and sensor suite are proximate the at least one of the candidate clouds to be seeded. Vehicle position parameters are obtained from the sensor suite associated with the vehicle. Based on the weather and cloud system data and the vehicle position parameters, it is determined, via a machine learning process, which of the candidate clouds should be seeded, and, within those of the candidate clouds which should be seeded, where to disperse an appropriate seeding material. The vehicle is controlled to carry out the seeding on the candidate clouds to be seeded, in accordance with the determining step.

摘要： Covering and method for promoting local rainfall are provided. The covering has a skin to cover a field that can get thermal energy. An edge part of the skin is installed at a surface of the field, and the inner part of the skin surrounded by the edge part can be lifted up from the surface to form a space to store air. The covered air receives thermal energy and the skin prevents air convection and reduces thermal energy loss, thereby generating a temperature difference between the inside and outside of the skin. By utilizing buoyancy resulted from the air temperature difference to lift up the inner part of the skin, a huge space is formed to contain a large amount of air. Thereafter, the covered air continues to receive thermal energy, causing huge thermal energy to be stored in the covered air, which is then used to promote rainfall.

摘要： A rain and fog testing apparatus, comprising a fluid channel that runs between a first fluid shutoff coupler and a second fluid shutoff coupler and has at least one dispersion head fluidly coupled to the fluid channel. A liquid pump can be fluidly coupled to the fluid channel at an output end. A liquid heater may also be fluidly coupled to the system along with a controller that provides electrical control of the first fluid shutoff coupler, the second fluid shutoff coupler, the dispersion head, the liquid pump, and the heater. Further, the second fluid shutoff coupler is capable of fluidly coupling a first fluid channel to a plurality of fluid channels and the controller can adjust the orientation of the first fluid shutoff coupler, the second fluid shutoff coupler, the dispersion head, the liquid pump, and the liquid heater to create a simulation of a plurality of rain or fog events.

摘要： Disclosed is a composite bubble-type snowflake maker, including: a main machine, an air pipe, and a sprayer. The interior of a machine body of the main machine is provided with accommodating space, so as to enable a blower to send out wind power towards an air outlet, and enable a pump to outwardly transport bubble water along a bubble water pipe. An inlet of the air pipe is connected to the air outlet, so as to enable an outlet to be far away from the main machine, and a tail end of the bubble water pipe extends outwardly along the air pipe, so as to be connected to a bubble head. One end of a sprayer body of the sprayer is connected to the outlet of the air pipe, and the other end is provided with an air outlet pipe and a plurality of air outlet holes at an outer circumference of the air outlet pipe. A tail end of the air outlet pipe is sleeved with a cloth sleeve extending outwardly, and the bubble head of the bubble water pipe is disposed in the air outlet pipe, so as to outwardly deliver the bubble water. Wind power generated by the blower is blown to the interior and exterior of the cloth sleeve through the air pipe and the sprayer body, so that the bubble water exudes from a surface of the cloth sleeve to form bubbles, and the wind power is used to blow the bubbles to fly away, so as to form artificial snowflakes.

摘要： The present invention concerns itself with systems and methods for the dissipation of hurricanes and/or tropical storms through the use of wind turbine pumps. These pumps, which are driven by the storm's own winds, draw cold deeper water from below the storm and spray it high into the air. This cold spray absorbs the heat energy from the air thus removing the driving force (the heat energy) from the hurricane. The spray also acts as a brake on wind speed. Hence, by using a series of these wind turbine pumps acting in cohesion, dissipation of hurricanes and/or tropical storms may be achieved.
