摘要： A bone grinder is provided herein. The bone grinder may have a grinding chamber, an intermediate zone, and a primary cutting element and a secondary cutting element. The intermediate zone may have a first wall and a second wall within the grinding chamber, and the intermediate zone may separate the primary cutting element from the secondary cutting element. The first wall and the second wall may slope inward such that a distance between the first wall and the second wall generally decreases from the primary cutting element to the secondary cutting element. The primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element may be positioned within the grinding chamber to sequentially perform primary cutting operations and secondary cutting operations on a bone. A drive mechanism may operatively engage the primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element.

摘要： The present invention relates to a food waste disposer that is configured to allow an opening and closing plate adapted to open and close a drain pipe to be open only when a motor operates, so that normally, the drain pipe from which water is discharged is closed, thereby preventing bad smell and sewage from flowing backward from the drain pipe, to allow a propeller adapted to forcedly discharge the water from a casing to the drain pipe to be driven reversely and to thus close the opening and closing plate if the motor is driven reversely, so that gears inside a pulverizing part rotate to circulate the water in the casing and thus to automatically clean the casing, without any separation of the casing, and to allow a magnetic material to be built in a hopper so that if iron introduced into the hopper is sensed by sensors, the pulverizing part stops working and is thus prevented from being damaged by the iron.

摘要： A machining method of a shredding cutter includes providing a cutter shaft and a plurality of blades; arranging the plurality of blades on the cutter shaft in a predetermined spacing; and rolling or extruding intervals of the cutter shaft between the blades to shift some materials thereof from middle toward both sides and squeeze the materials onto flanks of the blades to form embossed parts so that the blades are embedded in the embossed parts and clamped by the embossed parts, thereby fixing the blades onto the cutter shaft. The shredding cutter has a strong unitary structure, high precision, high yield, which is beneficial to reduce the processing cost and the cost of materials.

摘要： A brush chipper assembly has a housing and a feeder subassembly connected to the housing. The feeder subassembly includes opposed, first and second feeder rollers. When the feeder subassembly is actuated, the first feeder roller is operable to rotate in a first direction and the second feeder roller is operable to rotate in a second direction (opposite to the first direction) so as to draw the brush into the housing. Also provided is a chipping subassembly substantially contained within the housing behind the feeder subassembly. The chipping subassembly including first and second, opposed chipping heads, each of which carrying cutting teeth for chipping the brush. When the chipping subassembly is actuated, the first chipping head is operable to rotate in a third direction and the second chipping head is operable to rotate in a fourth direction (opposite to the second direction).
