摘要： The patent described the advantages of detonation plasma spraying, laser pyrolysis technologies, etc., being optimized by pulses with common parameters, like duration, slope for all mentioned above technologies.For example, in some high temperature processes, using pulsed plasma or laser technology, plays vital important role the efficiency of plasma chemical processes. Since the plasma chemical reaction process efficiency is ˜20-30%, its value could be increased up to the thermodynamically feasible level of 60%.The Shock waves created by electrical pulses disintegrates liquid particles up to Nano size fragments, accelerate them and finally formatted a coating with superior characteristics.The influence of the pulses of radiation, detonation, electro impulse plasma can be generated by the same single pulse parameters of duration, slope, etc.

摘要： The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a thermoelectric device comprising a plurality of thermoelectric components (4) for creating an electric current from a temperature gradient applied between two faces (3a, 3b) thereof. In the method, a thermally conductive support (30) is provided in contact with a hot or cold source, a thermally conductive and electrically insulating material is thermally sprayed on the support (30) to produce a coating (21), and an electrically conductive material is thermally sprayed onto the coating (21) to form electric conduction tracks (22) which are intended to receive the thermoelectric components (4) via the faces (3a, 3b) thereof. The invention also relates to a thermoelectric device obtained by the method.

摘要： A method and apparatus for microplasma spray coating a portion of a turbine vane without masking any portions thereof. The apparatus includes a microplasma gun with an anode, cathode, and an arc generator for generating an electric arc between the anode and cathode. An arc gas emitter injects gas through the electric arc. The electric arc is operable for ionizing the gas to create a plasma gas stream. A powder injector injects powdered material into a plasma stream. A localized area of the turbine vane is coated with the powdered material without having to mask the turbine vane.
