摘要： A dental-impression-material electric dispenser includes a main body having a longitudinal mounting portion formed therein. A top-open tray part includes, at the front end thereof, extrusion ports communicate with a mixing tip part communicate with each other. An impression material cartridge, having partitioned a first filling chamber and a second filling chamber, is mounted. The mixing tip part communicates with a pair of extrusion ports formed at the front end of the impression material cartridge, and stirs and discharges a silicone base and a curing agent, each being discharged in a fixed amount through the pair of extrusion ports. An extrusion rod part simultaneously presses a pair of pistons of the impression material cartridge mounted on the tray part through a pair of pressing ends. An electric extrusion part receives starting current from a battery cell and allows the extrusion rod part to advance forward through electrical driving.

Two shuttles are slidingly disposed in the sleeves. Push rods are disposed in operable communication with the shuttles. At least one piston is disposed in operable communication with the push rods, the piston configured to drive the push rods. A holder is disposed proximate a front end of the sleeves, the holder configured to restrain the face plate during dispensing of a flowable material. A mixer is configured to be in fluid communication with flow streams from the film pack bags. A material applicator is disposed in fluid communication with the mixer.

This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the distortion of the container no longer leads to functional dysfunctions of the dispensing module. Also, the outer shape of the container can be freely selected.

摘要： A fluid cartridge for mixing and dispensing first and second fluids includes a housing, a piston unit mounted in the housing, and a mixing nozzle. The mixing nozzle includes a first portion releasably attachable to a distal end of the housing and a second portion located distal to the first portion. An internal fluid passage communicates between the first and second portions. A static mixing element is located in the second portion and a distal dispensing opening communicates with the static mixing element. A tubular fluid separator element is located in the first portion and defines first and second flow passages. The first flow passage is a central passage and the second flow passage is radially outside of the first flow passage. The fluid separator element maintains the flow of the first fluid separate from the flow of the second fluid in the first portion of the mixing nozzle.
