    • A tool for breaking a shaft has a first and a second tubular element, both provided with inner through bores adapted to receive a shaft in the tool. A first handle is fixedly connected with the first tubular element and the second tubular element is connected to a second handle. A bottom surface of the second tubular element forms a shearing plane with a neck surface of the first tubular element. A rotation between the two tubular elements shears the shaft at the shearing plane. The second handle turns the first tubular element around an axis and has a gear engaging the second tubular element for transmitting the rotation of the second handle into a rotation of the second tubular element. The drive element is mounted offset, in a direction of the longitudinal axis, from the gear.

    • A pair of metal shears has two blades, two handles, a tag and a locking lever. The blades are pivotally connected to each other with a first pivot pin. The handles are pivotally connected to each other with a second pivot pin. Each handle is pivotally connected to one of the blade with a third pivot pin. The tag is attached to one of the handles to show information of the pair of metal shears. The locking lever is pivotally attached to one of the handles to engage with the other handle. With such an attached tag, the information or instructions about the metal shears can be clearly shown on the tag.

    • A punch pliers device is disclosed for cutting J-channel used for fastening siding around an opening defined by a building. The device includes a first U-shaped member having a first and a second arm. A second U-shaped member has a first and a second limb, the second member being pivotally secured to the first member such that in a first disposition of the members relative to each other, the arms and the limbs define therebetween an opening for the reception therein of the J-channel. When the members are pivoted relative to each other to a second disposition thereof, at least some of the arms and the limbs cut through the J-channel such that subsequent bending of the J-channel to fit around the opening is permitted.
