摘要： An apparatus for collecting dust from a cutting unit is provided. The apparatus includes a rotary valve operatively connected to the cutting unit, a conduit in fluid communication with the rotary valve, and a compacting machine disposed downstream from the conduit and configured to receive dust from the conduit. A blower is configured to pull air downstream to carry the dust into the compacting machine. The compacting machine produces a compact from the dust.

摘要： A dust-proof device for machine tool worktable comprises a worktable, a worktable base, a stainless steel dust cover, organ-type dust covers and L-shaped dust-proof plates. The worktable base is installed on a machine tool bridge. The upper portion of the worktable base is provided with a U-shaped through groove. Two ends of the stainless steel dust cover are sealed by the L-shaped dust-proof plates. The upper portion of each L-shaped dust-proof plate is fixed on the lower side of the stainless steel dust cover, and the lower portion of the L-shaped dust-proof plate is fixed on the machine tool bridge. Each organ-type dust cover is disposed under the stainless steel dust cover and has one end connected to the worktable base and the other end connected to the L-shaped dust-proof plate. The worktable covers the stainless steel dust cover and is connected to the worktable base by means of bolts.

The through openings are differentiated into three groups that differ in the radial disposition of the centroids. A first group comprises at least one, but not more than four, through openings of a first cross section. At least two of the through openings of the first group are disposed on a first circumcircle diameter that is substantially identical to one of the hole-circle diameters such that, when the abrasive mechanism is correctly disposed on an abrasive-mechanism carrier, they are in direct alignment with and can overlap, two corresponding suction holes. A second group of through openings of a second, preferably smaller, cross section, comprises at least four through openings that are disposed on a second circumcircle diameter that differs from the first circumcircle diameter.

The pulse power supply has a positive pole connecting with the grinding wheel, and a negative pole connecting with the work piece. The voltage sensor and the current sensor respectively put collected discharge voltage and current wave of the discharge circuit to be stored in a display terminal through the digital oscilloscope. The thermocouple connects with the display terminal by the temperature collecting card.

The buffer brush contains a core having a first side and a second side and the brush extends racially from the surface of the core.
