摘要： A multipurpose utility knife system comprising at least one knife, a holster, and at least one knife accessory. The knife and the knife accessory can be fastened to or secured in to the holster. The knife has features to make construction-type tasks easier with features such as an illuminating portion, contoured grips, a textured grip portion, reference marks, a serrated edge, and a smooth edge on the knife blade. A knife accessory such as a squeegee has an attachment member that corresponds to a holster attachment member. The holster can be worn and holds the knife in a holster pouch and a knife accessory in coordination with the holster attachment member for providing semi-permanent storage without hindering availability and without interfering with other materials in a construction-type setting.
