摘要： A method of fabricating an impregnated fiber assembly, the method including introducing a first suspension including a first powder of solid particles into an inside volume defined by an inside face of a first fiber texture of hollow shape placed in a mold, an outer face of the first fiber texture being present facing a wall of the mold; using a centrifugal force to impregnate the first fiber texture with the first suspension by rotating the mold; after impregnating the first texture, positioning a second fiber texture on the inside face of the first fiber texture to obtain a fiber assembly; introducing a second suspension including a second powder of solid particles into the inside volume after putting the second fiber texture into position; and using a centrifugal force to impregnate the second fiber texture with the second suspension by rotating the mold to obtain an impregnated fiber assembly.

A sacrificial fiber having an environmental barrier coating on an outer surface thereof may be inserted into a porous ceramic preform that includes ceramic fibers. The sacrificial fiber may be removed from the ceramic matrix composite body, the environmental barrier coating of the sacrificial fiber defining an opening in the ceramic matrix composite body. A ceramic matrix composite component may be provided. The ceramic matrix composite component may include an environmental barrier coating of a sacrificial fiber, where the environmental barrier coating forms a lining of a hole passing partly or entirely through a thickness of the ceramic matrix composite body.

摘要： A method of manufacturing the cement-mixed concrete tile includes the following steps: a portion of cement is mixed with sand at a ratio within a range of 1:4 to 3:4, then a predetermined number of cups of water is added to the mixture formed by the cement and the sand. A water reducing agent which increases flowability is added to the above mixture to form a first mixture. A mold is positioned on a vibration table, where a weaved fiberglass mesh is positioned on top of the mold. The first mixture is loaded into the mold and the vibration table is vibrated, and then cement mix is mixed into the mold separately to fill from above the weaved fiberglass mesh towards the top of the mold through the first mixture, and where the mold is placed in retention for a predetermined time to generate the cement-mixed concrete tile.

摘要： The present invention relates to method of manufacturing an aircraft interior panel comprising a core sandwiched between first and second skins, wherein both of the first and second skins are formed from natural fibres containing non-halogenated fire-retardant and set within an inorganic thermoset resin, thereby forming a fire-resistant sustainable aircraft interior panel. The method comprises impregnating the natural fibres with non-halogenated fire retardant and an inorganic thermoset resin, and laying up the resin-impregnated natural fibres to sandwich the core. This stack is then cured by raising the temperature of the stack sufficient to initiate curing but without reaching the boiling point of water in the stack, holding the stack at that first temperature before raising the temperature again to reach the boiling point of water in the stack, before cooling the stack.
