摘要： A camera module, a molded circuit board assembly, a molded photosensitive assembly and manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The camera module includes a molded base which is integrally formed with a circuit board through a molding process, wherein a photosensitive element may be electrically connected on the circuit board and at least a portion of a non-photosensitive area portion of the photosensitive element is also connected by the molded base through the molding process. A light window is formed in a central portion of the molded base to provide a light path for the photosensitive element, wherein a cross section of the light window is configured to have a trapezoidal or multi-step trapezoidal shape which has a size increasing from bottom to top to facilitate demoulding and avoiding stray lights.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a touch panel, comprising the steps of: placing a touch sensor layer and a flexible printed circuit board connected to the touch sensor layer into a mold cavity constructed by a stationary mold board and a movable mold board of a cover lens mold; injecting a melted plastic material into the mold cavity; removing, after the plastic material is molded, the movable mold board, and withdrawing the touch sensor layer and the flexible printed circuit board that are covered by the molded plastic material; and removing the molded plastic material covering the flexible printed circuit board, the molded plastic material covering the touch sensor layer forming a cover lens. Such a manufacture method can solve the problem of difficulty to adhere a curved cover lens to the touch sensor layer in the existing skills.

摘要： An optical assembly includes a solid spacing layer between a plenoptic microlens array (MLA) and a pixel-level MLA, avoiding the need for an air gap. Such an assembly, and systems and methods for manufacturing same, can yield improved reliability and efficiency of production, and can avoid many of the problems associated with prior art approaches. In at least one embodiment, the plenoptic MLA, the spacing layer, and the pixel-level MLA are created from optically transmissive polymer(s) deposited on the photosensor array and shaped using photolithographic techniques. Such an approach improves precision in placement and dimensions, and avoids other problems associated with conventional polymer-on-glass architectures. Further variations and techniques are described.

A method may include applying a first amount of polymerizable material to a ring-shaped structure, where the ring-shaped structure comprises at least one sensor configured to detect an analyte. The method also may include positioning the ring-shaped structure with the first amount of polymerizable material applied thereto in a mold, where the mold is configured to form an eye-mountable device. Further, the method may include applying pressure on the ring-shaped structure in the mold while curing the first amount of polymerizable material. Still further, the method may include adding a second amount of polymerizable material to the mold with the ring-shaped structure therein, and curing the second amount of polymerizable material to form an over-molded polymer layer such that the ring-shaped structure is at least partially enclosed in the eye-mountable device.
