摘要： The present invention aims to provide a luggage room board that reliably produces a cushioning effect during opening and closing operations, whereby the impact is not applied during the opening and closing operations. The luggage room board 1 includes the luggage room board main body 2 made of resin and is configured to be opened and closed. For example, a tape-shaped cushioning material (non-woven fabric) is attached to the luggage room board main body 2 along two sides orthogonal to a rotation center line serving as the rotation center of the opening and closing operations. At one of ends 20a of a non-woven fabric 20, a concave portion 30 is provided on a surface of the luggage room board main body 2 to which the non-woven fabric is attached, and the end 20a of the non-woven fabric 20 is attached so as to enter the concave portion 30. The concave portion 30 is formed such that a depth gradually increases toward the end 20a of the non-woven fabric 20. The depth of the concave portion 30 at the end 20a of the non-woven fabric 20 is approximately same as the thickness of the non-woven fabric 20 or larger than the thickness of the non-woven fabric. The concave portion 30 is provided at the end of the non-woven fabric 20 on a side of the rotation center line.

摘要： An anti-icing honeycomb core composite manufactured by forming an electromagnetic wave absorption layer by using dielectric fiber, molding the electromagnetic wave absorption layer into a honeycomb core structure by using a molded part including a first base, a second base, and an inner block, hardening the honeycomb core structure, and removing the molded part. The molding step includes first stacking, on the first base including a plurality of grooves in which the inner blocks each having a hexagonal column shape are able to be seated, a plurality of the inner blocks and a plurality of the electromagnetic wave absorption layers as the honeycomb core structure so that the electromagnetic wave absorption layer is disposed between the plurality of inner blocks, and second stacking covering the inner blocks and the electromagnetic wave absorption layers stacked on the first base with the second base having the same shape as the first base.

摘要： A method for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic outer skin component for a vehicle includes the following steps: a) providing a semifinished fiber product which includes at least one fiber layer with predetermined fiber orientation; b) applying an uncured plastic matrix in the form of an epoxy resin-based or polyurethane-based matrix system to the semifinished fiber product; c) placing the semifinished fiber product provided with plastic matrix into a mold; and d) pressing the semifinished fiber product in the mold in order to shape and cure the semifinished fiber product to form a fiber-reinforced plastic component. A shrinkage-reducing additive in the form of filler particles is admixed with the uncured plastic matrix and the uncured plastic matrix is applied to the surface of the semifinished fiber product that in the finished component faces the visible side of the component.
