摘要： The present invention relates to a blank for a flip-top container and a method for producing a blank for a flip-top container and a method of producing a flip-top container from a blank. A blank according to the present invention may preferably comprise a section for an outer body part and a section for an inner frame. The section of the blank for the outer body comprises two side panels, a front panel and a rear panel. Each side panel is typically connected to the front panel at opposite vertical folding lines; the rear panel is typically connected to one of the side panels along a vertical folding line. A scoring line is provided in the side panels and in the front panel; the scoring line extends downwardly sloping in the side panels towards front panel and extends horizontally in at least a part of the front panel. Each of the side panels, front panel and rear panel has a flap connected at an upper and at a lower horizontal folding line of the panel. Further, the section of the blank for the inner frame comprising two inner side parts and an inner front part, wherein each inner side parts is connected to the inner front part at opposite vertical folding lines, and the inner front part comprising a flap connected at an upper horizontal folding line, said flap comprising a scoring line defining a flap part above the scoring line.

摘要： A carton, formed from a blank, has an integrated pouch cup for meal preparation and consumption. The blank comprises a main panel, a first side panel adjoining the main panel along a first fold line, and a second side panel adjoining the main panel along a second fold line. A bottom panel adjoins the main panel along a third fold line. The bottom panel has first and second bottom sections having a crease in between. The bottom panel further comprising an attachment tab section which extends from the second bottom section. The bottom panel has a width which is less than the width of the main panel so as to form open edge portions at a bottom edge of the main panel on both sides of the bottom panel, the open edge portions extending to the first and second fold lines.

Each of the printer heads and each of the cutting blades is vertically moveable respectively into a selected printing position and a selected cutting position under control of a controller thereby accommodating a plurality of different cardboard sheets of different sizes.

The paperboard reinforcing insert may be extended as a bridge across the top panel (14) of the carton to prevent tearing of the handle apertures in the top end flaps and also tearing in the top panel (14) of the carton when carrying a heavy load. The carton may have one or more dispensers (70a, 70b) in the top panel which may extend into an adjoining side panel (12, 18). Multiple tear lines may be formed for the dispenser flap in the insert that extends across the top panel to permit easy access to the containers, such as bottles, in the carton. The paperboard reinforcing insert may have a larger aperture (60a, 60b) than the handle aperture in each top end flap to adjust for any imprecision in the alignment of the paperboard insert in forming the carton sleeve from the paperboard blank. When the paperboard insert extends across the top panel and one or more dispensers are formed in the top panel, multiple tear lines may be used to form the flaps in the insert to compensate for any imprecision in the insertion of the insert that extends across the top panel into the carton sleeve when it is being formed.
