摘要： A control method for controlling a converting machine that acts on plate elements for forming containers, the method including displaying with a graphical control interface at least one image representing a plate element or a container formed by a plate element, and control areas which are superimposed on the image and which respectively symbolize characteristic magnitudes of the conversions to be induced on each plate element, receiving by a processing unit a command entered individually by the operator by activating a control area, and controlling in response to the individually entered command, the processing unit to generate at least two respective adjustment signals correlated by a predetermined adjustment law to adjust at least two respective adjustable parameters, whereby corresponding converting members induce a change in a characteristic magnitude.

摘要： A corrugated-board machine for manufacturing corrugated board comprises a material-web output device for outputting a material web, a conveying device for conveying the material web along a material-web conveying path, a printing device disposed downstream of the material-web output device for producing at least one printed region on the material web, a printed-region drying arrangement disposed downstream of the printing device for drying the at least one printed region and a connecting device disposed downstream of the printed-region drying arrangement for the connection of the printed material web to at least one further material web in order to produce a printed corrugated-board web laminated on at least one side. A start of drying of the at least one printed region applied to the material web is influenceable by the printed-region drying arrangement.

The plate cylinder (8) and the impression cylinder (7) each comprise one or more cylinder pits (8a, 7a) and a corresponding number of cylinder segments (8b, 7b), the plate cylinder (8) and the impression cylinder (7) being in rolling contact with one another during printing operations along their respective cylinder segments (8a, 7b) when no cylinder pits (8a, 7a) are present at the printing nip. The intaglio printing press further comprises a monitoring system (150) designed to monitor a rolling condition of the impression cylinder (7) with respect to the plate cylinder (8) and to provide an indication as to whether or not the rolling condition corresponds to a desired rolling condition, the desired rolling condition being a rolling condition corresponding to true rolling of the impression cylinder (7) with respect to the plate cylinder (8) where no slippage occurs between a circumferential surface of the impression cylinder (7) and a circumferential surface of the plate cylinder (8). Also described is a method of monitoring operation of an intaglio printing press.

The skin part comprises pixels for which a colorant composition based on the color channels of the relief raster image is established. In order to print a color in the skin part that is independent of a height of the pixel, the relief part comprises an arbitrary colorant composition and the white part comprises mainly white colorant.
