摘要： A tire-mounted sensor fixed to an inner wall of a tire includes: a sensor holding member including a sensor as a built-in sensor for detecting a physical amount applied to the tire and having a sensor terminal being exposed, a base portion as an attachment surface attached to the tire; and a sensor device being detachable from the sensor holding member including a controller receiving an input of a detection result of the sensor and performing signal processing, a transmitter transmitting information according to the detection result of the sensor acquired by the signal processing at the controller, and a terminal inputting the detection result of the sensor to the controller which is being exposed to have an electrical connection to the sensor terminal when the sensor device is attached to the sensor holding member.

摘要： A method is for determining a profile depth of a tire profile. The method includes at least the following steps: a) detecting an acceleration of a measurement point on a tire inner side of a vehicle tire, wherein a deviation, caused by contact of the vehicle tire with a roadway, of the acceleration of the measurement point within an observation window is detected, b) deriving at least one analytical characteristic variable which is characteristic of the profile of the detected acceleration, wherein the at least one analytical characteristic variable characterizes the non-periodic profile of the detected acceleration within one tire rotation, c) determining the profile depth in a manner dependent on the at least one analytical characteristic variable, wherein a calibration curve yields the dependency between the analytical characteristic variable and the profile depth, and the calibration curve assigns a profile depth to the derived analytical characteristic variable.

摘要： A tire of a vehicle is disclosed having at least one sensor, a control module and one or more indicators. The at least one sensor is located at a re-threading level of the tire to sense contact with ground surface. Upon contact with the ground surface, the at least one sensor generates data. The control module receives the data from the at least one sensor. Upon receiving the data, the control module determines a predefined condition. The control module transmits the data to a dashboard upon determining the predefined condition. The transmitted data is displayed on the dashboard which is communicatively connected to the control module for indicating wearing of the tire. In an embodiment, the dashboard provides signal relating to the displayed data. The one or more indicators is communicatively connected to the dashboard to receive signal relating to the data for indicating wearing of the tire.

摘要： A method for tire sensing includes providing a tire comprising (a) a tire body having an outer wall for contact with a surface and opposite side walls, and an inside surface and (b) at least one flexible strain gauge positioned along the inside surface of the tire body, wherein the at least one flexible strain gauge is positioned to sense tire deflections or strain. The method further includes sensing tire data indicate of the tire deflections using the at least one flexible strain gauge and communicating the tire data to a data acquisition system, control system, or computer system. The flexible strain gauge(s) may be soft dielectric capacitive sensors, soft resistive sensors, or soft capacitive/resistive sensors.

The resonance frequency calculation unit calculates a resonance frequency from wheel speed information of a tire. The low-pressure detection unit eliminates an influence of an imposed load on a vehicle and detects the low-pressure state of the predetermined tire based on: a predetermined parameter that indicates a linear relationship between the resonance frequency and the low-pressure index value under a low-pressure condition of the predetermined tire; the low-pressure index value thus calculated; and the resonance frequency thus calculated.
