摘要： A transfer device for introducing and/or removing articles to a process device includes a basic frame and a conveying unit, which is supported by the basic frame and transfers or receives articles to or from the process device. The conveying unit is designed to be movably positionable in order for the transfer device to be reversibly advanced up to the process device. The conveying unit includes an output element of a magnetic coupling and is designed for reversibly coupling the transfer device to a corresponding drive element of the magnetic coupling, the drive element being provided on the process device. When the drive element and the output element are coupled to one another, the magnetic coupling effectuates a force transmission from a drive unit of the process device to the conveying unit.

摘要： This invention belongs to a seedling separating device based on a rack and pinion drive in the field of transplanting machine in the agricultural automation facility, including a rack, a power unit, a linear drive, a number of seedling cups and a cylinder pushing device. The linear actuator is driven by the power unit to move on the frame; these seedling cups are mounted on the linear drive; the cylinder pushing device is mounted on the frame and is located behind the seedling cups and it drives the lower part of the seedling cup to open and retracts to close. The seedling device has simple structure, controllable program and high reliability. The motor drives the seedlings cups to move left and right; the cylinder pushes the cups to be opened and closed; the trust cup is straight down, the seedling attitude is better and the location of seedling can also be adjusted. The device can not only achieve the exact location in the designated seedling, but also to achieve the seedling movement of separating seedlings to two points from the mouth of the seedling cups.

摘要： A honing machine using a robot to load gears into a loadbox at a loadbox station. The loadbox moves downstream to a position over an empty pallet in a pallet load station where the gears are released into the empty pallet. A series of downstream machining stations performing a series of honing operations on the bores of the gears in a series of pallets. A removal mechanism removing the honed gears simultaneously from the pallet at a pallet unload station. An overhead gripper on a movable gantry grips the empty pallet at the unload station and returns the pallet to the pallet load station where the pallet is reloaded with additional gears from the loadbox. The honing machine can continuously hone gears using only one pallet at each machining station and one pallet at the pallet loading station.

A first storage space device can have a gantry having two gantry legs, each of the two gantry legs supported on a linearly displaceable foot element. The system can include at least one first non-contact distance sensor, which is fitted on one of the two foot elements to measure a first relative distance between the one foot element and a first fixed reference point. A second non-contact distance sensor is fitted to the other of the two foot elements in order to measure a second relative distance between the other foot element and a second fixed reference point, and an evaluation unit is configured to determine rotation of the first storage space device about a central vertical axis and control the movement of the foot elements.

摘要： An agricultural wagon for moving particulate material from within the wagon to a separate storage vessel is provided. The wagon includes a bin defined by walls. The wagon may also include one or two augers, such as a floor and lift auger for moving the material from within the bin to the storage vessel. The lift auger is movable relative to the storage bin such that it can dispense the material via a hood from either the left or right sides of the bin, such as at either the left or right and front corners of the bin. A mechanism including actuators and a guide can aid in moving the auger to the desired side for dispensing. The lift auger can further be folded in front of the bin when in a transport configuration, such as traveling on a road.
