摘要： A sheet flipping device includes a receiving member for receiving a sheet, a flipping volume being the volume which in operation is defined by the flipping movement of the sheet, and a flipping element for flipping the sheet around an axis of rotation within the flipping volume onto the receiving member. The sheet flipping device further includes an air vortex ring generator having an air vortex ring exit nozzle defining a translational direction of a generated air vortex ring when the generated vortex ring is in operation generated from the air vortex ring exit nozzle. The air vortex ring generator is mounted such that in operation the sheet is urged onto the receiving member by the air vortex ring during the flipping motion of the sheet through the flipping volume. A sheet stacking device and a printing apparatus include the sheet flipping device.

The transport unit is located such that a discharge position is disposed outward from the outer periphery of the base 52a of the stacking wheel 52 and inward of the circular region defined by the tips of the vanes 52b of the stacking wheel 52 during the rotation of the stacking wheel 52, when viewed in the axial direction of the shaft 53 of the stacking wheel 52.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a sheet post-processing apparatus includes: a supporting member configured to support a trailing end portion in a conveying direction of a sheet; a plurality of paddles configured to rotate around a rotating shaft independently from the supporting member, nip and hold the trailing end portion of the sheet in conjunction with the supporting member from both sides in a thickness direction of the sheet, and nip and hold trailing end portions of following sheets, which are stacked on the sheet, one by one from the thickness direction of the trailing end portion, in the plurality of paddles, a length from the rotating shaft to a distal end of a paddle on a far side from the supporting member in a rotating direction being relatively larger than a length from the rotating shaft to a distal end of a paddle on a near side from the supporting member in the rotating direction; and an arm member configured to press a trailing end portion of an uppermost sheet in a stacking direction of the sheet and the at least one sheet toward the supporting member, and formed in a comb teeth shape that does not interfere with rotation tracks of the plurality of paddles while pressing the trailing end portion of the sheet toward the supporting member.

摘要： A banknote-passing type banknote conveying device, used at a banknote inlet-outlet of an automatic teller machine, includes a mounting lateral plate, a banknote stacking mechanism, a banknote clamping and conveying mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a jacking mechanism, and a central control unit for controlling the operation of the above mechanisms. The banknote-passing type banknote conveying device uses a lifting motor and a connection rod to drive a lifting plate to move the banknotes up and down, and uses a pressing plate to move the banknotes back and forth. The functions of stacking and passing banknotes are achieved in an effective space. Moreover, a pull type electromagnet and a spring are used to control the opening and closing of the banknote clamping and conveying mechanism, thus a traditional motor control method and the like can be omitted, such that the cost is low, and the reliability is high.

摘要： A booklet making method includes: cutting a web of paper on one side and on another side into first and second continuous sheets, alternately bonding the first and second continuous sheets widthwise with a setting paste and a throwaway paste to form a double set continuous sheet of paper, and cutting the double set continuous sheet of paper into split double sheets of a selected longitudinal length. A plurality of split double sheets is integrally bound with an integrating paste to form a booklet-like product. Portions of the booklet-like product which are pasted and bonded with the throwaway paste are cut off to provide a plurality of booklets. Thus, by the booklet making method, booklets having an odd number of leaves or pages are formed without waste of paper and with reduced paper jams.

The U-shaped sensor includes a signal transmitting end and a signal receiving end located at a same side of the conveying impeller, the signal transmitting end and the signal receiving end are spaced from each other with a certain interval and form an open end of the U-shaped sensor. The technical solution of detecting whether the banknote is inserted into the impeller by the U-shaped sensor to control the rotation of the conveying impeller has a higher accuracy compared with the conventional technology.

摘要： A banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism of a banknote processing device includes a housing and a baffle, the baffle is an elastic retaining piece, the elastic retaining piece has one end fixed with respect to the housing and another end being a free end, and the elastic retaining piece is located in the discharging route of banknotes. When the banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism operates, after the banknotes being discharged by a banknote-dispensing conveying mechanism, the banknotes fall onto the elastic retaining piece, and the elastic retaining piece provides a supporting force for the banknotes. When all the banknotes are discharged, the banknotes are pushed by a banknote pushing plate to apply a pushing force to the elastic retaining piece, and at this moment the elastic retaining piece generates a plastics deformation, which makes the banknotes and the banknote pushing plate pass through the elastic retaining piece together, to further perform subsequent operations.
