摘要： A closed-loop large-scale preparation method of fluoride nanomaterial is disclosed, comprising the following steps: dissolving initial raw material into water-soluble salt by using volatile acid; evaporating the remaining acid under reduced pressure and recovering; then, adding oily organic matter with high boiling point to continue to evaporate the combined volatile acid under reduced pressure; adding an oil-soluble fluorine source to the generated oil-soluble salt; increasing the reaction temperature to increase the crystallinity of the fluoride; after cooling, separating and recovering the product and the oily organic matter; and repeating the process to realize large-scale preparation. The method uses the closed-loop process flow, does not discharge waste, and has high device yield per unit volume, low production cost and low specified asset investment. The product has the characteristics of uniform particle size and good dispersibility. The method is a user-friendly and environment-friendly large-scale preparation method of the fluoride nanoparticles.

摘要： The present invention provides a novel method for producing hydrogen fluoride which can suppress the occurrence of the pasty state over the whole process of producing hydrogen fluoride, reduce the problem of corrosion caused by sulfuric acid, and improve energy efficiency of the process. A method for producing hydrogen fluoride by reacting calcium fluoride and sulfuric acid comprises: (a) mixing and reacting calcium fluoride and sulfuric acid such that a mixture comprising calcium fluoride particles and sulfuric acid substantially maintains a form of particulate to obtain hydrogen fluoride while supplying sulfuric acid to the calcium fluoride particles at a flow rate of 0.002 to 1 mol/min relative to 1 mol of calcium fluoride to such an amount that a molar ratio of sulfuric acid/calcium fluoride is 0.9 to 1.1.

An exemplary implementation involves mixing a first compound comprising a metal material, nitrogen, and oxygen to a second compound comprising hydrogen fluoride. The mixed compound is milled to form metal fluoride precursor and a certain byproduct. The byproduct is removed, and the metal fluoride precursor is treated to form iron trifluoride product. There are other embodiments as well.

摘要： A bulk barium copper sulfur fluoride (BCSF) material can be made by combining Cu2S, BaS and BaF2, heating the ampoule between 400 and 550° C. for at least two hours, and then heating the ampoule at a temperature between 550 and 950° C. for at least two hours. The BCSF material may be doped with potassium, rubidium, or sodium. Additionally, a p-type transparent conductive material can comprise a thin film of BCSF on a substrate where the film has a conductivity of at least 1 S/cm. The substrate may be a plastic substrate, such as a polyethersulfone, polyethylene terephthalate, polyimide, or some other suitable plastic or polymeric substrate.
