摘要： An apparatus for preparing polyalpha-olefins includes a mixing unit, a microchannel reaction unit, a high-pressure separation unit, a low-pressure separation unit, a gas circulation unit, a post-treatment unit and a pressure control unit, the mixing unit, the microchannel reaction unit, the high-pressure separation unit, the low-pressure separation unit that are successively connected. The gas circulation unit, the microchannel reaction unit is provided with the BF3 gas inlet, the mixing unit is provided with the auxiliary feed inlet, and the olefin raw material inlet, the gas circulation unit is connected with the BF3 gas inlet, the low-pressure separation unit is further connected with the post-treatment unit, and the high-pressure separation unit, the pressure control unit, and the gas circulation unit are further successively connected. The apparatus has the advantages of high polymerization reaction speed, high reaction conversion and good product selectivity, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

摘要： Processes for producing jet-range hydrocarbons includes splitting a renewable olefin feedstock comprising C3 to C8 olefins into a plurality of streams and passing each stream to an oligomerization reactor containing a zeolite catalyst to produce an oligomerized effluent. The reactors may be arranged in series, such that an oligomerized effluent comprises a diluent for a downstream reactor. The net oligomerized effluent may be separated and a heavy olefin stream comprising C8+ olefins may be hydrogenated and separated to provide a distillate range hydrocarbon product.

摘要： Method of producing ethylene and, optionally, propylene by subjecting a feedstock to steam cracking to produce a first olefin containing stream; heating an ethanol containing stream with heat from a steam cracker; passing the heated ethanol containing stream over a dehydration catalyst at a temperature between 200 C to 500 C preferably 250 C to 450 C to produce a second olefin containing stream; and combining the first and second olefin containing streams to give an initial product stream containing ethylene and optionally propylene. The initial product stream is subjected to purification including at least i) water content reduction ii) hydrogen content reduction iii) reduction of content of molecules containing 4 or more carbon atoms and iv) ethane content reduction.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for purifying hydrocarbon mixtures, in which a contaminated hydrocarbon mixture comprising olefins having three to eight carbon atoms is at least partly freed of sulphur-containing contaminants by contacting it with a solid sorbent, the hydrocarbon mixture being exclusively in the liquid state during the contact with the sorbent. The problem that it addressed was that of virtually completely removing sulphur compounds present in the mixture without forming new sulphur compounds again at the same time. At the same time, 1-butene present therein was not to be lost in the purification of the mixture. Finally, the sorbent used was to have a high sorption capacity, be very substantially free of carcinogenic constituents and be readily available. This problem is solved by using a sorbent based on copper oxide, zinc oxide and aluminium oxide in a particular composition, and by conducting the purification in the presence of a small amount of hydrogen.

摘要： A phosphorous modified zeolite (A) can be made by a process that includes selecting a zeolite, steaming the zeolite, leaching the zeolite, separating solids from liquid, and calcining. An olefin product can be made from an oxygen-containing, halogenide-containing or sulphur-containing organic feedstock by contacting the feedstock with the phosphorous modified zeolite (A) in an XTO reactor under conditions effective to convert at least a portion of the feedstock to olefin products. The XTO reactor effluent can include light olefins and a heavy hydrocarbon fraction. The light olefins can be separated from the heavy hydrocarbon fraction. The heavy hydrocarbon fraction can be contacted in an OCP reactor at conditions effective to convert at least a portion of the heavy hydrocarbon fraction to light olefins.

The process may include contacting in a reaction zone at least one C2 to C11 alcohol with a solid catalyst having activity for the simultaneous dehydration of the alcohols to form olefins, isomerization of the olefins to form internal olefins, and oligomerization of the olefins produced in situ via the dehydration reaction to form an effluent comprising mono-olefinic hydrocarbons. Preferably, the alcohol feed is a mixture of alcohols, such as C2 to C7 alcohols or C4 and C6 alcohols, enabling the production of a mixture of branched hydrocarbons that may be used directly as a jet fuel without blending.
