摘要： A multilayered structure having a layer A constituted with a resin composition containing a gas barrier resin, and a layer B being adjacent to the layer A and being constituted with a resin composition containing an elastomer. The total number of the layer A and the layer B is at least 7. The average thickness of the layer A in terms of a single layer is no less than 0.001 μm and no greater than 10 μm, and the average thickness of the layer B in terms of a single layer is no less than 0.001 μm and no greater than 40 μm. The multilayered structure is formed by irradiating with an active energy ray. Furthermore, an inner liner having the multilayered structure, and a pneumatic tire provided with the inner liner are provided.

摘要： A continuous process forms a unitary mat on a line having at least two conveyors spaced from each other. The process includes combining the isocyanate, an isocyanate catalyst, and a plurality of lignocellulosic particles to form a mixture and a self-polymerization product of the isocyanate in-situ in the mixture. The process also includes forming the unitary mat from the mixture on a first conveyer and transferring the unitary mat from the first conveyor to a second conveyor across a predetermined distance while maintaining structural integrity of the unitary mat. The lignocellulosic particles have a moisture content of 0.5 to 30 weight percent of water. Moreover, the continuous process is free of a step of adding water to the isocyanate, the isocyanate catalyst, the lignocellulosic particles, and/or the unitary mat.

摘要： A shape-memory self-healing polymeric network (SMSHP) is useful as a molded part, a coating, or as a matrix for a composite that can be repaired by heating to a controlled temperature. The SMSHP has thermally reversible repeating units where a thermally reversible adduct is situated between two common linking units formed during a polymerization process between thermally reversible monomers and cross-linking monomers. Optionally, other repeating units can be present from other monomers. Shape-memory results when the SMSHP is warmed to a temperature in excess of its glass transition temperature and self-healing then proceeds when a higher temperature is achieved where thermally reversible adducts dissociates to complementary groups that subsequently reform the adduct without distortion of the memorized shape. The thermally reversible adducts can be Diels-Alder (DA) adducts in a polyurethane, poly urea, or amine epoxy SMSHP network.

The aqueous polyurethane dispersions are provided in solvent-free systems of a prepolymer comprising at least one polyether, polyester, or polycarbonate polyol, a mixture of MDI isomers, and a diol. The shaped articles from such dispersions can be heat-activated for bonding, lamination, and adhesion of substrates, including stretch fabrics.

摘要： Provided is a method for improving thermal stability of polypropylene carbonate and, more particularly, a method of end capping a molecular chain of polypropylene carbonate using a urethane group by adding isocyanates or diisocyanates to a polypropylene carbonate resin, which may optionally be a mixture containing tertiary polyol, so as to delay thermal degradation of the polypropylene carbonate at a high temperature, thereby securing desired thermal stability. Especially, the method capable of being easily applied to reactive extrusion after preparing the polypropylene carbonate has been proposed, thus simplifying production processes and ensuring economical advantages. Moreover, the above method does not deteriorate transparency and specific smoke density characteristics at combustion, which are advantages of the polypropylene carbonate.
