    • A polycarbonate resin composition comprising a polycarbonate resin and 0.001 to 1 parts by weight of an N—R type (R represents an alkyl group) hindered amine-based optical stabilizer per 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin, wherein the polycarbonate resin comprises 40 mol % or more of a recurring unit (A) represented by the following formula and satisfies the following formulas (i) to (v), and the resin composition has excellent heat resistance, a low water absorption coefficient and high transparency, and suppresses deterioration during long-term use: (i) a metal compound comprising a negative ion represented by the following formula (B) and a positive ion constituted by a metal is used as a polymerization catalyst in an amount of 1×10−9 to 1×10−5 molar equivalent relative to the total diol compounds used for polymerization; (ii) the specific viscosity measured with a methylene chloride solution at 20° C. is 0.23 to 0.60; (iii) the glass transition temperature is 100° C. to 160° C.; (iv) the saturated water absorption coefficient is 2.5% or less; and (v) the relationship between the glass transition temperature (Tg° C.) and the saturated water absorption coefficient (Wa %) satisfies the following formula (I): 2.5≦TW value=Tg×0.04−Wa  (I) wherein R1 is an alkylene group, a cycloalkylene group, or an arylalkylene group which has 1 to 22 carbon atoms and may be linear or branched.
