The filling film includes a filling material, a first releasing film attached to a surface of the filling film, a second releasing film attached to another surface of the filling film, and a supporting layer attached to the second releasing film. The bonding force between the second releasing film and the supporting layer is greater than the bonding force between the filling material and the second releasing film.

摘要： The invention provides a frameless photo-energy assembly including a photo-energy converter, wherein an edge of the photo-energy converter is sealed by an adhesive tape, comprising an adhering layer for adhesion and cushioning; and an aging-resistant protective layer. The adhering layer is used to contact the edge of an article and comprises: a substrate layer; optionally, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer situated at both sides of the substrate layer oppositely, wherein the first adhesive layer being used to be contact with the article. The aging-resistant protective layer is situated on the adhering layer, which comprises: an optional primer layer, which is situated on the adhering layer; and a film layer, which is situated on either the primer layer or the substrate or the second adhesive layer. The invention further provides an adhesive tape for sealing an edge of an article and an article made of the assembly.

摘要： An adhesive tape comprises a base sheet of a polypropylene resin, an adhesive layer formed on one side of the base sheet and a roughened surface layer formed on the other side of the base sheet and composed of a polypropylene resin containing fine inorganic filler particles, in which the roughened surface layer has a thickness of not more than the maximum particle diameter of said fine inorganic filler particles and is substantially free from voids or cracks, and the total percent light transmittance of the tape is at least 90%. Such an adhesive tape is produced by a process which comprises forming an adhesive layer on one side of a base sheet of a polypropylene resin and a surface layer of a polypropylene resin having a melting point lower than that of the polypropylene resin of the base sheet and containing fine inorganic filler particles, on the other side of the base sheet to obtain an unstretched laminated sheet, and then stretching the laminated sheet at a temperature of at least the melting point of the polypropylene resin of the surface layer to bring the thickness of the surface layer to be not more than the maximum particle diameter of said fine inorganic filler particles.

At least the release surface 10A side of the liner 10 is constituted with a release layer 12. The release layer 12 is formed by extruding a release-layer forming material containing a silicone-modified polyolefin resin in which silicone is chemically bonded to the olefin polymer. This liner 10 may provide smooth release when peeled from the PSA sheet 20.
