    • A water conservation device for use within a toilet is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the device includes a connector having a base adapted for connectivity and placement adjacent to a traditional pole assembly and proximate to an opening valve within a tank of the toilet. In at least one embodiment, the device includes a flexible pressure arm integrally formed with the connector base and adapted to couple to the opening valve within the tank of the toilet and adapted to provide a pressure to the opening valve to lessen overall water utilized in each flush of the toilet and thereby conserve water. The water conservation device is adapted for either a total or partial flush of the toilet as selected by a user.

    • In a toilet comprising a toilet bowl, the water-saving system comprises a first emitter for emitting a first beam having a first wavelength comprised between 300 and 495 nm. A second emitter for emitting a second beam has a second wavelength comprised between 590 and 900 nm, at least one detector for receiving the first and second beams. The first emitter, second emitter and detector(s) are installed on the toilet such that the first beam and second beam pass through the water contained in the toilet bowl before being received by the detector(s). A controller receives and processes data from the detector(s), and the data representing the waste level in the toilet bowl. A flush volume actuator is actuated by the controller for flushing a variable volume of water as a function of the data, so as to minimize the volume of water.

    • Clamp or clip on tensioning attachments, devices, apparatus and methods that mount to a toilet water tank reservoir. The tensioning attachments place downward pressure and tension on the toilet handle arm inside of the tank to prevent the internal flapper from being stuck in a raised position which causes the toilet to be constantly running after being flushed and also keeping tension on the handle arm which keeps the arm rigid not allowing it to loosen which in turn can cause the flapper chain to get hung up in the arm when the arm is lose causing the flapper not to seal as intended. Cleaner adapters can hang from the tensioner devices to clean water inside of the toilet bowl.

    • A water saving toilet flush system to selectively practice a partial or a full flush at the selection of the user is disclosed. A partial flush operation is initiated by depressing the control handle to commence the flush to connect a magnet assembly and to simultaneously unseat an associated flapper valve. Then the control lever is lifted to uncouple the magnet assembly and allow a float assembly to control seating of the flapper valve. A full flush operation is initiated in the same manner the partial flush operation is initiated. However, the control lever is allowed to remain depressed, causing the magnet assembly to remain coupled until a water level is low enough to cause the flapper valve to uncouple the magnet assembly and to drop to a closed position completing the full flush cycle.
