摘要： In one aspect, a method for adjusting torque limits for a work vehicle may include controlling, with a computing device, an operation of an engine of the work vehicle such that a torque output of the engine is maintained at or below a baseline engine torque limit. The method may also include receiving, with the computing device, an input associated with a current hydraulic power requirement of a hydraulic system of the work vehicle, and adjusting, with the computing device, a torque limit for the engine from the baseline engine torque limit to an adjusted engine torque limit based on the current hydraulic power requirement of the hydraulic system. In addition, the method may include controlling, with the computing device, the operation of the engine such that the torque output of the engine is maintained at or below the adjusted engine torque limit.

In a case where (Tp+Tc)≥Te_min, the controller carries out a first comparison in which the controller compares a value of [(Tp+Tc)−Te_min] with a value of Ta_SOC, and the controller then selects a lower value of the first comparison. The controller then carries out a second comparison in which the controller compares the selected lower value of the first comparison with a value of [(Tp+Tc)−Te_max)]. The controller then sets a higher value of the second comparison as the torque of the assist motor Ta, wherein Tc is an accessory torque, Ta_SOC is an adjustment assist motor torque based on a current state of charge of the electric storage device, Ta is the torque of the assist motor, and Te_max is an engine maximum torque.

摘要： A catalyst activation method and a catalyst activation device are provided which can activate a NOx catalyst efficiently in an ensured fashion. A plurality of accessories are connected to an internal combustion engine, and a control mechanism is provided on each of the accessories for controlling a load to be exerted on the internal combustion engine by driving the corresponding accessory. Then, a temperature of a NOx catalyst is acquired, and when the acquired temperature of the NOx catalyst is lower than a catalyst activation temperature, in order to drive additionally a certain number of accessories in the plurality of accessories which correspond to the temperature difference, the controlling mechanism(s) which corresponds to the accessory(ies) to be driven additionally is controlled to drive the corresponding accessory(ies) so as to increase a load to be exerted on the internal combustion engine.

摘要： An automatic regeneration controller for a particular filter comprises an engine controller, a unit controller, and a load application cancellation switch. With filter regeneration being started by determination of particulate accumulation and with an idling or light-load operation being conducted, load request to a work unit is outputted from the engine controller to the unit controller. Then, when load application is not possible or the load application cancellation switch is on and, in addition, exhaust temperature is not maintainable with no load application, a regeneration stop signal is outputted from the unit controller to the engine controller and a regeneration stop signal reception process is conducted in the engine controller, and with no forced load application to a hydraulic unit, fuel addition is stopped to stop automatic regeneration control.

摘要： A control device of a multi-cylinder engine is provided. The device includes first and second auxiliary components. The first auxiliary component generates energy. The device includes an angular speed variation detecting device for detecting an angular speed variation of a crankshaft, and an auxiliary component control device for controlling drive loads of the first and second auxiliary components. When an engine load is low and the angular speed variation exceeds a predetermined threshold, the auxiliary component control device increases a total drive load of the auxiliary components. Here, if the drive load of the first auxiliary component is increasable, the drive load of the first auxiliary component is increased, and when this increase amount is insufficient, the drive load of the second auxiliary component is increased, whereas if the drive load of the first auxiliary component is not increasable, the drive load of the second auxiliary component is increased.
