摘要： An annular groove is formed at an open end of a motor case, and a sliding contact projection, which is in an annular plate-shape and corresponding to the annular groove, is formed on a cover. A bottom of the annular groove and the sliding contact projection rotate relative to each other while being in sliding contact with each other to form an annular friction bonded portion therebetween. Wall portions of the annular groove are arranged at such positions as to be concentric with the friction bonded portion. Thus, a storage portion that stores burrs produced at the friction bonded portion is formed. A plurality of protrusions that protrude radially outward is formed on the sliding contact projection over all around. The storage portion is partitioned in the circumferential direction by using the protrusions as partitioning elements.

摘要： A progressing cavity rotor facilitates pumping applications in progressing cavity pumping systems by ensuring a desired shape of the rotor. A resilient layer is placed over a rotor core to create a composite progressing cavity pump system rotor. Generally, the rotor core is formed from a harder material, such as a metallic material. Additionally, the composite rotor is placed in a mold and subjected to a molding treatment designed to enhance bonding of the resilient layer and formation of a desired exterior surface shape of the resilient layer.

摘要： An oil feeding propeller of a scroll compressor for preventing deterioration of oil feeding generated when a rotation shaft is rotated in reverse is disclosed. The propeller is tightly fitted into the lower side of the oil passage of the rotation shaft, sucks oil into the shell due to rotation shaft of shaft to raise oil to a compression part of the scroll compressor. The propeller includes a plate without operative direction for feeding oil in a predetermined direction so as to raise a predetermined quantity of oil regardless of the rotation direction shaft.

This transverse internal gear pump 1 has a trochoid 4, in which an inner rotor 3 having a plurality of outer teeth is rotatably accommodated within an outer rotor 2 having a plurality of inner teeth, the inner rotor being rotatably accommodated within the outer rotor in an eccentric state and with the outer teeth and the inner teeth meshing, and in which an intake-side volume chamber for taking in a liquid and an ejection-side volume chamber for ejecting liquid taken into the intake-side volume chamber are formed between the inner teeth and the outer teeth; a liquid intake nozzle 9 extending in a non-perpendicular direction with respect to the trochoid rotation surfaces and having a distal end immersed in a liquid reservoir 18; a pump casing 5 in which a recessed portion 5a for accommodating the trochoid is formed; and a pump cover 6 for closing off the recessed portion. An intake cover 8 that has the liquid intake nozzle 9 is secured to the pump casing 5, and the liquid intake nozzle 9 and the intake cover 8 are integrally molded by the injection molding of a resin composition.
