摘要： A scroll compressor includes a housing and a compression mechanism. The compression mechanism includes a compression chamber. The housing includes an intermediate pressure chamber into which refrigerant having an intermediate pressure is introduced from an external refrigerant circuit. The intermediate pressure is higher than a suction pressure of refrigerant drawn into the compression chamber and lower than a discharge pressure of the refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber. The intermediate pressure chamber and the compression chamber in a process of compression are connected to each other by an injection passage. The injection passage includes a muffler.

摘要： A rotary compressor with a low-pressure chamber and an air conditioner are disclosed. The rotary compressor with a low-pressure chamber includes a housing, a motor assembly and a pump assembly. The housing is provided with a low-pressure air inlet component and a high-pressure air outlet component, a low-pressure chamber is arranged in the housing, the motor assembly is arranged in the low-pressure chamber. The motor assembly includes a stator and a rotor. The pump assembly includes a crankshaft, a crankshaft shell, a cylinder, a piston, a sliding vane and a bearing, the pump assembly is arranged in the low-pressure chamber. The piston, the sliding vane, the cylinder, the bearing and the crankshaft shell cooperatively form a compression chamber. A low-pressure refrigerant directly cools the rotor and the stator, and the low-pressure refrigerant is heated to vaporize, so as to increase a temperature of a gaseous refrigerant before compression.

摘要： A scroll compressor is disclosed. A scroll compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a compression part for discharging, to the inner space of a casing, a refrigerant compressed in a compression chamber; a discharge port for forming a flow path through which the refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged to the outside of the compression chamber; and a valve member, which has, at one end portion thereof, a root part fixed to a valve seat part of the compression part, forms a free end on the other end portion thereof, and has a head part to open/close the discharge port. A spacing part is provided between the head part of the valve member and the valve seat part to space the head part from the valve seat part in a state in which the compression part stops. Therefore, during operation of the valve member, the moving speed of the head part is reduced by means of the stiffness of the valve member so that impact force generated when the head part of the valve member collides with one surface of the compression part is reduced and impact noise generated thereby can be decreased.

摘要： A system for noise and vibration management of a smoke evacuation system includes a pump that compresses air and produces a pressure differential within an airflow path. The pump may be a sealed, positive displacement pump. The system includes vibration absorption mechanisms disposed between inner and outer housings, as well as on the outside surface of the outer housing. Methods of controlling and regulating a motor of the system to preserve the lifespan of the motor and maintain consistent airflow rates throughout the smoke evacuation system include varying a supply of electrical current to the motor so that it can operate at variable performance levels. Orifices are opened and closed in order to relieve resistance pressures within the airflow path due to clogging and blockages.

摘要： A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing, a drive motor, a rotational shaft, a frame provided at a lower side of the drive motor, a first scroll provided at a lower side of the frame, a second scroll provided between the frame and the first scroll and including a compression chamber provided between the first scroll and the second scroll, and a first check valve provided at an exit end of the discharge port to prevent refrigerant discharged to the inner space of the casing from flowing back to the compression chamber. A communication path may be provided at the exit end of the discharge port to communicate the inner space of the casing with the compression chamber when the first check valve is closed to cause refrigerant to flow back to the compression chamber, enabling a quick flat pressure state to be made.
