摘要： A valve group (10) is housed in a duct (40) of a pressurized oil circuit of a vehicle. The valve group (1) extends along an axis (X-X) including a valve body (11) axially fixed to the conduit (40) and an obturator (15) fitted axially movably, on the valve body (11). The obturator (15) has an exchanger aperture (153) through which oil flows to a heat exchanger (3) in the circuit and an auxiliary aperture (152) through which the oil flows to an auxiliary component of the circuit. The valve group (10) includes a pair of elastically yieldable elements (180) of a material selected from among the shape-memory alloys, operatively connected between the valve body (11) and obturator (15), and suitable, as a function of the oil temperature and/or the oil pressure, to axially move and to maintain the obturator (15) in a predefined axial position.

摘要： An apparatus for controlling the temperature of an oil cooler in a motor vehicle may include a temperature control arrangement. The temperature control arrangement may have a cold thermostat with a limit operating temperature and a warm thermostat with a lower limit operating temperature, the warm thermostat being connected in a fluid-connecting manner to the cold thermostat. The temperature control arrangement may also include a cold inlet for a coolant at a first temperature and a warm inlet for a coolant at a second temperature, the first temperature being lower than the second temperature. The temperature control arrangement may further include a coolant outlet fixable in a fluid-conducting manner to a coolant inlet of the oil cooler.

摘要： When an annular portion of a thrust collar rotates together with a rotating shaft member, centrifugal force and shear force, or differential pressure caused by difference in flow rate, for example, are generated in lubricating oil in a circulation oil chamber. With this, the lubricating oil in the circulation oil chamber is guided from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side of the annular portion, through a circulation hole penetrating the annular portion. The flow of lubricating oil guided by the circulation hole forms a flow of lubricating oil from a lower oil chamber to an upper oil chamber through the circulation oil chamber. As a result, the lubricating oil stored in the lower oil chamber is circulated to the upper oil chamber through the circulation oil chamber, by rotation of the thrust collar.

The heat exchanger includes a region where the first flow passage is adjacent only to that one of the second flow passage and the third flow passage through which a fluid flows at lower flow rate.

摘要： In accordance with certain embodiments, the present invention provides a modular approach to a lubrication package. Certain components such as the filter and cooler are directly connected to a block that has connections to accept them and internal porting to establish the proper flow paths for circulation, cooling and filtration of the circulating lubricant. The block can accept one or more coolers and one or more filters. The isolation valving for redundant equipment can also be integrated into the block. Many connections that had been used in past designs for the piping network are integrated into the block. The block can also be close mounted to the reservoir while a submersible pump further saves space and piping connections. Indeed, having the ability to maintain mechanical equipment (e.g., remove and replace filters and coolers) without shutting down, allows for continuous process flow, which eliminates down-town scheduling, loss of product and/or redundant backup, all of which comes at a considerable cost.

摘要： An bearing cooling system is connected to and actuated by the vibration of a vibratory device to pump lubricant to lubricate internal components of the vibratory device. The bearing cooling system has a bottom end cap with an inlet in fluid communication with the vibratory device, a top end cap with an outlet for delivering the lubricant to lubricate components of the vibratory device, a tube disposed between and sealingly engaging the bottom end cap and the top end cap, and a piston having a lubricant passageway. The piston is slidably disposed within the tube downstream of the bottom end cap and upstream of the top end cap. Vibration of the vibration device causes the piston to oscillate within the tube to draw lubricant from the vibration device which passes through the lubricant passageway in the piston, and delivers lubricant to lubricate internal components of the vibration device. Upstream of the top end cap a heat exchanger and/or a filter can be used to cool and/or remove debris from the lubricant before lubricating the internal components.

The oil tank has two regions stacked horizontally one above the other for storing the oil. The two regions are largely or completely separated from each other by a separating element.
