摘要： A portable cooling system and apparatus for semiconductor device testing includes a free piston Stirling cooler. This eliminates the need for cumbersome remotely located equipment, such as a chillers, compressors, coolant storage equipment, hoses and hose connections. An electrical power line and an air supply line are routed from a head control unit to a portable system control unit. The head control unit is positioned by an adjustable frame structure to locate the Stirling cooler vertically directly over a semiconductor device under test. The head control unit includes a thermal adapter system, which is configured between the free piston Stirling cooler and the semiconductor device under test.

摘要： A cooling device (20) has a cryostat (23) and a cold head (1), in particular, the cold head (1) of a pulse tube cooler. The cryostat (23) has a vacuum container (4) with a vacuum container wall (4a), wherein the vacuum container wall (4a) seals off a vacuum inside the vacuum container (4) from the environment. A flexible sealing section (6) connects the vacuum container wall (4a) directly or indirectly to the room temperature part (1a) of the cold head (1). The flexible sealing section (6) seals off the inside of the cryocontainer (2) from the environment. The cooling device further reduces mechanical coupling between the cold head and the cryostat, in particular, in order to enable performance of NMR measurements with fewer disturbances due to external vibrations.

摘要： A gas-flow cryostat adapted for dynamic temperature regulation using a fluid level sensor; the cryostat further including one or more heaters coupled to various components of the cryostat. As fluid evaporates from a liquid cryogen evaporation reservoir within the cryostat, the fluid level sensor and a feedback control unit are adapted to monitor and dynamically control the level of evaporating cryogen by regulating the heaters. Accordingly, the cryostat is adapted to dynamically control temperature about a specimen region within the cryostat. The cryostat can be used in various applications, including analytical laboratory equipment for measuring various physical properties of samples. Temperature sensors are further incorporated for added control and optimization of the cryostat.

摘要： A cooling door assembly includes a frame and a cooling door coupled to the frame. The cooling door includes multiple heat exchangers. The frame is configured to mount to the back of a server rack or other electronics enclosure in such a manner that the cooling door opens to allow access to the electronics servers within the server rack while maintaining a fluidic connection to an external cooling system. The frame is coupled to the external cooling system and the cooling door includes one or more swivel joints, each configured to provide one or more fluid paths between the cooling door and the frame. The cooling door assembly includes separate and independent fluid paths, where fluid is separately provided to each independent fluid path. Different groups of heat exchangers are coupled to each independent fluid path. In the event of failure of one of the independent fluid paths, the other independent fluid path(s) remain operational.
