    • A cryopump is provided with: a refrigerator that generates a cold state by a heat cycle in which an operating gas inhaled inside is expanded and discharged; a heat shield thermally connected to the refrigerator so as to be cooled to a target temperature; and a control unit that determines a command value for a heat cycle frequency such that a temperature of the heat shield follows the target temperature, and provides the command value to the refrigerator. The control unit estimates whether the refrigerator outputs a refrigerating capacity corresponding to the command value for the frequency based on a flow rate of the operating gas.

    • In a compound type heat exchanger A1, a first heat exchanger 1 includes a pair of long tanks 3, 4 arranged a certain distance apart from each other and a core part 5 having tubes 5a between the both tanks 3, 4. The tank 3 is composed of a plurality of divided bodies 6 to 8 that are connected along a longitudinal direction of the tank 3. The divided body 7 is provided with an accommodation portion 9 that projects outwardly to communicate with the certain divided body 7. A second heat exchanger 2 is arranged in the accommodation portion 9, which is provided with an input port P3. Heat is exchanged between an intake air of the first heat exchanger 1 that flows in the accommodation portion 9 and a coolant of the second heat exchanger 2.

    • The present invention relates to a heat exchanger plate, more particularly, in which a number of beads for imparting turbulence to refrigerant flowing through a channel of a plate are formed streamlined and guide beads arre formed in refrigerant distributing sections in order to reduce the pressure drop of refrigerant while realizing uniform refrigerant distribution. In the heat exchanger plate of a tube including a tank communicating with a channel, a number of first beads so arrayed in the plate that opposed sides are coupled to each other to impart turbulence to refrigerant flowing through the channel and refrigerant distributing sections provided in inlet and outlet sides of the channel and divided by at least one second bead to have a plurality of paths, the first beads are formed streamlined and satisfy an equation of 0.35≦W/L≦0.75, wherein W is the width and L is the length.
