摘要： A three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus includes: a single projector device that projects a first light pattern whose luminance changes at a first cycle and a second light pattern whose luminance changes at a second cycle that is longer than the first cycle on a measured object; an image capture device that acquire an image of the measured object on which the first or second light pattern is projected; and an image processing device that processes the image acquired by the image capture device. The image processing device includes a relative phase value calculation unit that calculates a relative phase value on each part of the measured object based on a luminance value of an image of the measured object on which the first light pattern is projected, an absolute phase value calculation unit that calculates an absolute phase value on each part of the measured object based on a luminance value and the relative phase value of an image of the measured object on which the second light pattern is projected, and a three-dimensional coordinate calculation unit that calculates three-dimensional coordinates at each part of the measured object based on the absolute phase value.

摘要： The invention discloses a toric mirror surface shape measurement method. The measurement method is as follows: first, according to the parameter information of the toric mirror to be measured, using three-dimensional modeling software, establish a CAD model of the toric mirror to be measured and then import the CAD model into the three-coordinate machine software, based on the three-coordinate machine to measure and construct the geometric characteristics of the solid toric mirror, establish the workpiece coordinate system, which is consistent with the CAD model coordinate system. Finally, use the three-coordinate machine to perform scanning measurements to the solid toric mirror and compare the scanning result with the theoretical value to obtain the measurement result data. The measurement method of the present invention is based on the three-coordinate measurement technology and has the advantages of strong operability and high measurement accuracy.

摘要： An illumination apparatus for reducing speckle effect in light reflected off an illumination target includes a laser; a linear diffuser positioned in an optical path between an illumination target and the laser to diffuse collimated laser light in a planar fan of diffused light that spreads in one dimension across at least a portion of the illumination target; and a beam deflector to direct the collimated laser light incident on the beam deflector to sweep across different locations on the linear diffuser within an exposure time for illumination of the illumination target by the diffused light. The different locations span a distance across the linear diffuser that provides sufficient uncorrelated speckle patterns, at an image sensor, in light reflected from an intersection of the planar fan of light with the illumination target to add incoherently when imaged by the image sensor within the exposure time.

摘要： A method for three-dimensional data acquisition, adapted to acquire three-dimensional data of an object, includes the following steps. A laser light is projected onto a plurality of regions on the surface of the object so as to form a plurality of features within each of the regions. For each of the regions, the object and the features are captured from a first direction and a second direction simultaneously so as to generate a first object image corresponding to the first direction and a second object image corresponding to the second direction. For each of the regions, the first object image and the second object image are processed so as to obtain the two-dimensional coordinates of the features therein. The three-dimensional data of the object is obtained according to the two-dimensional data of the features in the first object image and the second object image corresponding to each of the regions.

摘要： This invention provides a system for measuring displacement of an object surface having a displacement sensor that projects a line on the object surface and receives light from the projected line at an imager in a manner defines a plurality of displacement values in a height direction. A vision system processor operates on rows of imager pixels to determine a laser line center in columns of imager pixels in each of a plurality of regions of interest. Each region of interest defines a plurality of rows that correspond with expected locations of the projected line on the object surface. A GUI can be used to establish the regions. In further embodiments, the system generates grayscale images with the imager. These grayscale images can be compared to a generated height image to compensate for contrast-induced false height readings. Imager pixels can be compared to a reference voltage to locate the line.

摘要： In a method of operating a dimensioning system with a plurality of laser scanners, a processor controls the operations of the scanners and processes the scanner signals, and further with memory for storing data delivered by the processor, the data acquired by the dimensioning system in its regular mode of operation are used to construct a three-dimensional model of surface points of the object including spatial coordinates and image intensity for each surface point. The three-dimensional model is stored in the memory. Based on the three-dimensional model, two-dimensional images from any desired viewing angle that was exposed to the scanner rays can be produced on demand to document the appearance of the object at the time the scan was taken.
