摘要： The present invention relates to a testing method for the thermal contact between a temperature sensor (50) and a battery cell (10) of a battery module (30), wherein the method comprises the steps of measuring a temperature T1 of the temperature sensor (50) at a time point t1, heating the temperature sensor (50) for a defined time (t2−t1), measuring a temperature T2 of the temperature sensor (50) at a time point t2 and/or a temperature T3 of the temperature sensor (50) at a time point t3, and determining the thermal contact between the temperature sensor (50) and the battery cell (10) based on at least one of the temperature differences ΔT2,1=(T2−T1), ΔT3,1=(T3−T1) and/or ΔT3,2=(T3−T2). The invention further relates to a testing circuit (60) for a temperature sensor (50) of a battery module (30), comprising a thermistor (61) with a first node (67) connected to a first supply voltage (65) and a second node (68) connected to ground (69), a switch (63) interconnected between the first node (67) of the thermistor (61) and a second supply voltage (66), and an analog-to-digital converter (64) connected in parallel to the thermistor (61). The invention further relates to a cell supervision circuit (40) for a battery module (30), comprising a circuit carrier (45), a testing circuit (60) according to any one of the claims 1 to 10, and a temperature sensor (50) surface mounted to the circuit carrier (45) and comprising a measuring head (51) with a thermistor (61) configured to be brought into thermal contact with a battery cell (10) of the battery module (30).

摘要： The present invention provides a thermal sensor integrated IC having a resistor and a converting circuit. The resistor is implemented by at least one metal line, wherein a resistance of the resistor is varied with a temperature of the resistor, the resistor has a first terminal and a second terminal, and one of the first terminal and the second terminal is arranged to provide a voltage signal corresponding to the resistance. The converting circuit is coupled to the resistor, and is configured to convert the voltage signal to an output signal for determining the temperature. In one embodiment, the at least one metal line is made by copper.

摘要： The invention provides an electroactive material (preferably electroactive polymer) sensor system, comprising an electroactive material sensor (22) and a control system (28) for performing measurements relating to the impedance of the electroactive material sensor at at least first and second different frequencies. From these measurements a temperature at the sensor and an external pressure or force applied to the sensor can be determined. The sensor can thus be used as a pressure sensor and as a temperature sensor. When used in combination with actuation, an electroactive material actuator with integrated temperature sensing functionality is able to measure the temperature at the exact actuator position, which is always closer than an external thermocouple.

The transducer receives a native temperature signals originating from the location of interest without substantially receiving interfering signals, and includes one or more shielding features for preventing interference. In addition, such a transducer may include a dielectric cavity configured or positioned to increase the native temperature signals sensed, or received, by the antenna. A transducer may be configured to multiplex signals indicative of a temperature of a location of interest within the body of a subject and reference temperature signals. Such a transducer may include a connector that facilitates the communication of a multiplexed signal, such as a connector for a coaxial cable. The connector of a transducer may be configured to swivel relative to an end of a cable.
