摘要： A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate. The array substrate includes signal lines including a gate line and/or a source line. The opposite substrate includes auxiliary lines corresponding to the signal lines, and the signal lines are electrically connected to the corresponding auxiliary lines. The signal lines are insulated from each other. The signal lines and the electrically connected auxiliary lines are configured to transmit signals to electrodes electrically connected to the signal lines.

The pixel electrode is arranged at a display area of a base substrate, and the pixel electrode is electrically connected to a transistor connected to a gate line and data line. The organic layer is arranged at the base substrate, and the organic layer is arranged between the transistor and the pixel electrode. The shorting pad structure is disposed at a peripheral area of the display area, and the shorting pad structure includes a first pad electrode at a lower height, a second pad electrode at a higher height, and a first height compensation pattern interposed between the first and second pad electrodes. A contact hole is defined through the organic layer so that second pad electrode can be electrically connected there through to the first pad electrode.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a method and system for repairing a short circuit defect in a display panel. The method comprises: connecting two terminals of an external repair power supply to a first test point and a second test point respectively, wherein there is a short circuit defect in a line between the first test point and the second test point; and adjusting an input voltage of the external repair power supply to fuse the short circuited line between the first test point and the second test point. With the method for repairing a short circuit defect in a display panel according to the present disclosure, the short circuit defect in the display panel can be repaired without providing a repair line in the display panel.

摘要： A fault-tolerant LCD display system comprises an LCD panel and a first driver coupled to the LCD panel and including a first gate driver and a first source driver, the first driver including a first transient voltage suppressor. A second driver is also coupled to the LCD panel and includes a second gate driver and a second source driver, the second driver including a second transient voltage suppressor. One of the first and second drivers is operable to be active while the other is inactive, and vice versa, and the first and second drivers are isolated from one another. The first and second transient voltage suppressors are operable to prevent a back biasing voltage from leaking back through the inactive driver and thus the transient voltage suppressors are operative to prevent a back biasing voltage from shunting through the non-active driver.

Each independent U shape source branch (101) is solely connected to a first metal line (30) with a connection part (103), and all the plurality of strip drain branches (201) are electrically coupled to a second metal line (40). The respective independent U shape source branches (101) and the corresponding strip drain branches (201) construct a plurality of independent source-drain conduction channels; as some independent U shape source branch (101) and the corresponding strip drain branch (201) are detected having a defect, the repair can be implemented by disconnecting the independent U shape source branch (101) and disconnecting the corresponding strip drain branch (201).

摘要： An array substrate provided by embodiments of the present disclosure may include: a base substrate; a gate line pattern and a data line pattern formed on the base substrate; a gate insulating layer pattern formed between the gate line pattern and the data line pattern; and a spare line pattern formed on a same layer as the gate line pattern. The spare line pattern may include a plurality of spare lines which are substantially in parallel with the gate lines in the gate line pattern. Respective spare lines may be arranged at a plurality of rows of pixels defined by the gate line pattern and the data line pattern. And the respective spare lines and respective data lines in the data line pattern may have respective vertically overlapped regions. The array substrate and a repairing method thereof provided by embodiments of the present disclosure may repair a data line disconnection defect rapidly when the defect occurs in the array substrate. In addition, the repairing process is relatively simple and is easy to be implemented.
