摘要： Embodiments described herein provide a solution for optimizing a generating of query search results. A filtering search term (e.g., a search term that is used in a query to perform filtering aggregations of the query search results) is identified. A filtering bitmap that has a plurality of mapped locations corresponding to data values for the filtering search term is created. As a data value in the filtering search term is encountered during a scan of the query search results, the corresponding mapped location is updated. Each mapped location in the filtering bitmap is read to determine whether the value corresponding to the mapped location satisfies the filtering aggregation. The filtering aggregation can then be performed (e.g., prior to any grouping aggregation) by removing any of the query search results determined, based on the filtering bitmap, as having data values for which the filtering aggregation is not satisfied.

摘要： A method, computer program product, and computer system for optimizing query processing is provided. An asynchronously updated index is provided for a main dataset. A time-sequences log of data modifications to the main dataset is provided. A query of the main dataset is received. The main dataset is joined with the time-sequenced log data resulting in a first intermediate result. The query is processed by keeping one or more entries satisfying the query by emulating a function of the asynchronously updated index resulting in a second intermediate result. Updated, deleted dataset entries are deleted from the asynchronously updated index. The query is processed resulting in a third intermediate result. A union of the second intermediate result and third intermediate result is built defining a final result.

摘要： Methods and an apparatus for data sorting is provided. Keys are derived from a data set and a mapping function is obtained for sorting the data set in accordance with the mapping function. A wide key sort on the keys is performed over a plurality of distributed nodes using the mapping function, resulting in sorted lists of rows from the data set produced in parallel from the nodes with each row associated with a unique one of the keys pushed to a stack machine. The sort process is an ordered row traversal from the stack machine.

摘要： Techniques for splitting a query into native query operations and post-processing operations are provided. In one embodiment, a user query including a plurality of search parameters is received. Expressions representing the plurality of search parameters in the user query are determined. A first subset and a second subset of the expressions are identified. Each expression of the first subset corresponds to one of a plurality of native query operations executable by a database platform, and each expression of the second subset corresponds to one of a plurality of predefined post-processing operations not executable by the database platform. A database query is generated based on one or more expressions of the first subset, and a post-processing query is generated based on each expression in the second subset. The database query is executed by the database platform, then the post-processing query is executed on the results from database platform.

摘要： A method of non-identical feature matching in a search system, the search system having a set of data points. The method includes determining a threshold error and expanding the set to create an expanded set by including all data points as data elements of the expanded set and, for every data point in the set, finding all data elements within an error distance of that data point and adding those found data elements to the expanded set, wherein the error distance is a function of the threshold error. The method includes creating a summary representation of the expanded set by constructing a binary array using a plurality of hash functions as a bloom filter. The method may further include receiving a query and applying the plurality of hash functions to the query to determine, from the binary array, whether the query matches one of the data elements in the expanded set and, if so, outputting a match.
