摘要： A third-party negotiation automation tool for generating cost estimates on behalf of a seller is described herein. In response to receiving a request for a product from a buyer, a seller may choose to participate in a negotiation for fulfilling the request. The system may utilize one or more data sources, such as user-provided data, third-party data, and the like, to generate a cost estimate on behalf of the seller for fulfilling the request. The seller may choose to accept, modify, or decline the generated cost estimate before providing the cost estimate to the buyer for acceptance. This process may continue for one or more rounds, dependent upon the request, with the final cost estimates provided to the buyer for selection at the conclusion of the one or more rounds. In this way, the cost estimates generated on behalf of the seller may be optimized, thereby reducing the likelihood of inaccurate cost estimates and reducing the system resources required to process large volumes of bids received at or around the same time.

Receiving, by the server, approval from a user account associated with the vehicle to process the service job on the vehicle. The approval includes approval of a service provider to perform the service job on the vehicle. Generating an electronic key by the server for the vehicle for performing the service job on the vehicle by the service provider. The electronic key has a set of restrictions that limit types of access and use of the vehicle for when the service provider performs the service job on the vehicle. The method then includes sending the electronic key to the service provider. The electronic key is usable by the service provider based on the set of restrictions.

The system has a server with a clock, reverse auction data including a start time and a subscriber list, the server in communication with a plurality of user devices of a plurality of users via a data communication network. The server is configured to transmit the auction data to one or more users in the subscriber list, receive data from a user in the subscriber list indicative of the user viewing the auction, create an active user list as a subset of the subscriber list based on data received from each member indicative of the user viewing the reverse auction, synchronise each user device in the active user list with the clock, receive data from a user in the active users list indicative of participating in the reverse auction, create a participant users list as a subset the active users list and receive bid data and clock data from a user device in the participant users list. The bid data includes detection of movement from one location of an interface of a user device corresponding to a button to a second location of the interface of the user device corresponding to a target. A winning user is determined by the clock data representing a bid made in the least amount of time since a start of the reverse auction.

Programming data is sent to the vehicle for use by a computer of the vehicle to identify select diagnostics data that relates to the vehicle service and to make accessible said select diagnostics data to the advisor account. The advisor account is made accessible to the service entity subsequent to establishing of the advisor account. The server receives select diagnostics data from the vehicle regarding the vehicle service, and the select diagnostics data is accessible for viewing and/or processing by a device of the service entity. The select diagnostics data produces updates that identify characteristics or changes in characteristics that relate to the vehicle service, and the server uses the identified characteristics or changes in characteristics to trigger a notification to the service entity regarding a problem or potential problem regarding the vehicle service.

摘要： A procurement database is generated by linking a product catalog and a supplier database with a set of product codes. The product catalog contains a first product associated with a first product code. The supplier database comprises at least one supplier of the first product and procurement data for each supplier of the first product. The procurement data comprises a price setting rule and an availability factor with respect to time. A query indicative of at least the first product, a product quantity, and a delivery date is received. Based on the query, the supplier database is searched and a first supplier contained in the supplier database that meets the product quantity of the first product by the delivery date is selected. A proposal for supplying the product quantity of the first product by the delivery date is determined and output.
