The fixed monitoring devices may each being mounted on a respective holder. The holders may be arranged on the mounting rail. 摘要： In a motion tracking method using a time of flight (TOF) camera that is installed on a track system, three-dimensional (3D) images of people are captured using the TOF camera, and stored in a storage system to create a 3D image database. Scene images of a monitored area are captured in real-time and analyzed to check for motion. A movement direction of the motion is determined once motion has been detected and the TOF camera is moved along the track system to track the motion using a driving device according to the movement direction.

The base is constructed to be tamper resistant and immovable by manual means. A substantially hollow support pole includes a lower portion detachably mounted to the base, and an upper portion mounted to the platform. Wires and cables for connecting the surveillance equipment with the electronics and power supply are run through the support pole. Power to the system may be supplied through existing power sources, for example a 120V power source.

The monitoring system of a specific area further comprises a monitor image switching means for receiving monitor images from the monitor terminals and transmitting the monitor images to the monitor, and a proximity detecting means provided in the monitor terminal for detecting other monitor terminal existing in close proximity on the same or adjacent moving path. When the proximity detecting means detects other monitor terminal, the monitor terminal transmits detection information of other monitor terminal to the monitor image switching means which switches the image being transmitted to the monitor to the monitor image of other monitor terminal based on the received detection information thereof.

摘要： A remotely operated camera system has a camera on a mobile camera mounting unit suspended from a suspension cable guidingly supporting the camera mounting unit for movement to and fro along a predetermined path of travel. An endless traction cable extends along the path of travel of the camera mounting unit, and is driven so that opposed runs of the traction cable move in opposite directions along the path of travel. Pulleys on the cable mounting unit are wrapped by the opposed runs of the traction cable and a remote control selectively operates the pulleys to transmit drive to the camera mounting unit and thereby to displace the latter in the corresponding direction along the suspension cable. This system avoids having a prime mover or an operator on the camera mounting unit.

摘要： A surveillance camera assembly is mounted upon a selectively raisable and lowerable support assembly provided on a hollow pole shaft. A coaxial cable is connected to the surveillance camera and extends upwardly to pass over a sheave assembly and downwardly into the interior of the pole shaft for fixed engagement with a transition plate fixedly provided on raising and lowering cable means within the pole shaft. The terminal end of the coaxial cable is located below the transition plate and is provided with an electrical plug element so as to permit engagement of the pole-mounted coaxial cable to corresponding ground-mounted coaxial cable means when the transition plate is proximate to ground level and the surveillance camera is in its raised position proximate to the top of the pole shaft.
