The method may comprise moving a notification panel comprising at least one patient indication so as to be visible or not visible within a viewing window of a display device.

摘要： A large size display is transportable, being construed of multiple rigid segments containing light emitting diodes (LED's). The rigid segments are linked by hinges or cables so the display is flexible and can be rolled up for storage and transport. The display can be unrolled upward or downwards such as from a protective container, such as a canister or truss. The weight of the display on the linked hinges or the tensioned cables provides sufficient rigidity. Such cables, like a signal and power distribution bus, are connected to the rear of each rigid element. The display can be repaired by removing and replacing selected rigid segments from the front thereof.

The segments of the edge protector are arranged above and below the edge portions of the flexible display 2 and are preferably displaceable during translation of the flexible display from a collapsed to an extended state and back. Preferably, the hinges 9a, 9b, 9c are arranged for enabling a vertical V and/or a horizontal H displacement of the segments. The segmented edge protector is arranged for being moved together with the display and to be stored together with it, so that the segments 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d substantially do not loose contact with the edge portion during storage.

The stand comprises a first part which supports against an underlying supportive surface and comprises a bobbin enclosed in a cavity in the first part. The screen can be wounded onto and withdrawn from the bobbin. The stand also comprises a foldable pole means or a telescopic pole means comprising an inner tube and an outer tube, which tubes telescopically can be moved in relation to each other. The stand also comprises a lock means arranged on the inner tube and operable to releasably lock the tubes in relation to each other, a coupling means arranged at a first end of the inner tube and operable to secure the screen when it is at least partly withdrawn from the bobbin. One of the support means and one end of the outer tube is provided with a recess and the other is provided with a projection. The shapes of the recess and the projection are essentially complementary. The stand also comprises a friction means operable to exert a friction force between the first part and the outer tube when the recess and the projection are fitted together, and the screen is secured by means of the coupling means, whereby the telescopic pole means is hold in place by means of tension.

摘要： A device for displaying a disabled parking permit includes a partially rounded housing with a flat fascia with a hook for hanging the device from a rear view mirror of an automobile. The disabled parking permit is required on opposite faces of a flexible sheet that is wound onto a spring loaded roll in order to contain it within the housing while driving. And this housing must not hang any lower than one and a quarter inch below the mirror. The placard can be pulled down from a slot opening on the bottom of the housing to a fully extended positioning order to display the disabled parking permit in a manner that allows visibility from both the front and the rear of the handicap persons automobile when the vehicle is parked. The placard must be retracted and rolled up within the housing, onto the spring-loaded roll, to avoid obstruction of view while driving. The width, length, colors, and indicia all being factors that must meet stringent municipal requirements. As well as the placard being registered with a displayed I.D. number to the driver of the automobile.
