摘要： A variable mode electronic wind chime. The electronic wind chime provides a visual and audible indicator of the presence or absence of wind. A housing is the structural center of the electronic wind chime and contains a clapper, chimes and light sources corresponding with the chimes opposite of a hanger. The light sources can be modified by the insertion of color films into film slots. The clapper can be moved between various settings to enable audible sound, light source activation or a combination thereof.

摘要： Improvements in a motorized microphone rail system for a musical instrument and more particularly for a percussion instrument such as a drum, marimba or similar musical instrument. The microphone system includes a vibration isolation system. A vertical or horizontal tracking system bridges across supports of a drum or marimba in a vertical or horizontal tracking system. One or more microphones are supported on the first bridging structure. The microphone(s) are positional with a drive screw that is powered by a motor. The microphone can be moved along the supporting rail to alter the sound based upon the phasing of the sound wave between the drum heads or the sound producing elements. Electronic drive and control for operating a motor that positions the microphone is also disclosed.

摘要： A metallophone structure configured for permanent installation in an outdoor environment is provided. The metallophone structure comprises a mounting structure. The metallophone structure also comprises a set of tone producing devices each coupled to the mounting structure by a fastener, wherein each tone producing device is configured to, when actuated, produce a sound frequency. The tone producing device is coupled in a location, by the fastener, as to reduce the effect on the quality of sound produced. The metallophone structure also comprises a mallet cradle configured to receive a mallet. The mallet is configured to actuate one of the tone producing devices. The metallophone structure is configured to be weather resistant such that each tone producing device still produces the sound frequency after an outdoor exposure period.
