摘要： The invention relates to a cable (1) comprising at least one strand (2) having twisted litz wires (3) for conducting electrical current and an insulation sheath (4) surround inn the at least one strand (2) for electrically insulating the at least one strand (2). The cable (1) has an interruption section (5) without an insulation sheath (4) between two cable sections (6, 6′) with an insulation sheath (4). According to the invention, the twisted weave of the at least one strand (2) is loosened in the interruption section (5), in order to interrupt the transport of moisture through the cable (1), in particular through the at least one strand (2), that results from capillary pressure and/or temperature-related pressure differences along the cable (1), such that the pressure in the interruption section (5) can equalize with that of the exterior.

A bottom face of the annular groove is formed with a racetrack shape having a pair of straight portions and a pair of arc portions that are formed with an outwardly convex arc shape and respectively connect end portions of the pair of straight portions on one side and end portions on the other side. 摘要： The present invention relates to a waterproofing structure for an insulation-coated electrical wire that includes a tubular protection member and a resin material that is accommodated in the protection member. An exposed conductor section includes a plurality of bare wires bent to double back in a reverse direction in the protection member, the protection member including a tubular section that surrounds the exposed conductor section and the pair of on intermediate ends of the coating tube that are adjacent to both ends of the exposed conductor section; and a closed section that is distanced from the exposed conductor section in the axial direction and closes one end of the tubular section. The resin material is made of a thermosetting resin that is cured, between the protection member and the insulation-coated electrical wire, while closely fitting to the closed section, the exposed conductor section, and the pair of intermediate ends.

摘要： An electrical line exterior structure for a wire harness is provided that allows water accumulated in a gap formed between adjacent electrical lines or between an exterior member and a group of electrical lines to quickly drain. A tape-like exterior member is wrapped around insulated electrical lines. The exterior member includes a base layer having multiple water suction openings open on the inner circumferential surface that faces the electrical lines, and multiple water suction tube portions that protrude on the outer circumferential surface side of the base layer, and a capillary structure having water suction holes in communication with the water suction openings. When water comes into contact with the electrical lines, negative pressure is generated by capillary action of the water suction holes on the base layer side, and water inside the water suction holes is vaporized on the protruding end side of the water suction tube portions.
