摘要： An insulating system having improved partial discharge resistance includes an insulating tape around a conductor. The tape is a mica tape joined to a carrier. The tape is impregnated with a synthetic resin, and is interspersed with a nanoparticulate filler, present bimodally, in the form of two fractions of the filler differing in particle size and fraction size. An adhesion promoter may be in the resin.

摘要： A method of producing a surface-mount inductor including an external electrode having high fixing strength with respect to an element body even in a high-humidity environment. The method includes the steps of: winding an electrically-conductive wire to form a coil; forming a core using a sealant primarily containing a metal magnetic powder and a resin in such a manner as to encapsulate the coil in the sealant while allowing each of opposite ends of the coil to be at least partially exposed on a surface of the core; reducing smoothness of a surface of at least a part of a portion of the core on which an external electrode is formed as compared to a surface therearound; and forming the external electrode on the core in such a manner as to be electrically conducted with the coil.

In another embodiment, an electromagnetic pump includes a stator of the electromagnetic pump including a number of laminations, a slot-liner positioned within a gap formed by the laminations, an annular wound copper conductor coil positioned within the slot-liner. The slot-liner includes a number of mica hard-boards joined to form an annular volume for insulating the conductor coil and accommodating an expansion of the conductor coil.

A wound coil element is pressed into a holding jig including an elastic holding hole, and held therein such that an upper end of a coil is level with or lower than an upper end of the holding hole, and a gap G is present between an inner surface of the holding hole and the coil. Next, a flowable coating resin is supplied into the holding hole holding the wound coil element such that the coating resin is held without flowing away downwardly from the gap G, and the upper end 16a of the coil is buried in the coating resin. Next, the supplied coating resin is subjected to curing, thereby forming a wound coil.

The first high voltage coil is separated from the low voltage coil by an annular first space, and the second high voltage coil is separated from the first high voltage coil by an annular second space. 摘要： A three-phase non-linear dry-type transformer has integral molds formed of a glass fiber-reinforced polymeric material. The low voltage coil is comprised of an inner low voltage mold formed around each of the at least three core legs, a low voltage conductor winding wound upon the inner low voltage mold and an outer low voltage mold formed around the low voltage winding. The high voltage coil is comprised of an inner high voltage mold disposed around the outer low voltage mold, a high voltage conductor winding wound upon the inner high voltage mold, and an outer high voltage mold formed around the high voltage conductor winding. An annular space between the inner and outer high voltage molds and the inner and outer low voltage molds is filled by an insulating polymeric material during a casting process. The molds are bonded to the coil windings by the insulating polymeric material and remain during the operation of the non-linear transformer as integral components of the non-linear transformer.
